I would rate it zero but I can't I never received my coins. I'd like to know where my coins are. Or give me my money back. I can't remember the date I ordered on my ordered them right away but I think it was in the end of May end of June.

I have truly enjoyed having these coins and watching them and looking at them and knowing that that this investment was the perfect investment for me.

I was offered a discount from the beginning, placing an order was easy, my questions were answered, items were shipped quickly and I received the shipment quickly and it was in excellent condition.

First and last time ordering coin from csn!!!
They gladly take payment the day of transaction and then customer wondering if ever will receive the item…
Four to six weeks processing before it ships…unacceptable,,,outrageous…better service from my other suppliers!!!
If I knew,I would never have ordered from csn!!

I placed an order for "In Stock" coins on 5/28/26. I was informed they would ship in 4 weeks. No problem. Here we are July 24th and no shipment. Responses from customer service say, we are working on it. Terrible service in my opinion.

How can I leave a review for something that I don’t even have? I’ve been waiting for FIVE weeks for my order to come in. I have to rate your company as a 1 for customer service. When I call no one answers the phone! I have called several times with hold times between thirty minutes to over an hour and no one picks up the phone. What kind of service is that.

They have a nice selection . The prices are fair enough. But when it comes to delivery service they are the worlds worst. They say four to six weeks for delivery you can count on it. My last order was a two month wait. Take it from me and look around before you buy from CSN Mint. This is it for me.

I love the fact that I can order American Silver Eagles with the 250th Semiquincentennial official logo. Although it was advertised as being in stock and would not be any long waiting period for your order. I am a little worried about how long. I may be a little impatient but, I am just starting my silver collection. CSNmint does a great job of responding and that is appreciated. Thanks, Mike

My order took forever (months) so I canceled it, then the refund never happened and had to get my financial institution involved. Will never buy from this company again.

They take your money right away. Getting your order takes over a month or longer. Hard to track your order in ther system an impossible to talk to anyone. When I did get a call back at 6 in the morning. My phone is off, I'm sleeping. Then no call backs. Poor customer service. And the last shipment with FedEx they left the package on my car. Worst delivery system. Need to use UPS or postal service.

Still do not have items purchased. Also completed an order for Minute Man over strike coin. Accepted my order. Than canceled a week later as out of stock. Trustworthy. Confident in my purchase. But delivery is poor at best.

Nice selection.
But out of 7 or 8 items I've ordered, only 1 has delivered.

I haven't received the coins yet, so a true evaluation is not possible

no reply when i email and ask about it.

Per their tv infomercial, they bragged how they had the 2026 Anniversary Silver Eagle in their hands and available.
Now I'm waiting on my purchase because they say they are out of stock and waiting on their delivery!!!

I bought gold and silver coins in 2023 and 2024 as they told to expect 3 or 4 weeks which was fine. The salesman John Crider harassed us for 3 years. He over charged me about $100 dollars for each item I bought from him. I just directly from the online site. John called from numerous numbers I blocked. I wished to have never bought gold from him. I hope the company does something with him. Neurotic butt hole!
