Uitbetaling? Niet...of het is wel erg traag
Heb withdrawls nu al een week staan en er gebeurt helemaal niks. Pas bij de derde stap is het wachten op hoe snel je bank is. Maar ze zijn nog niet voorbij de eerste stap. En mail je de klantenservice dan is het antwoord dat het soms druk is. Mocht de withdrawl morgen magisch akkoord krijgen dan moet je bij deze toko dus twee weken wachten op je geld. Dat is niet van deze tijd. En überhaupt de vraag of ze uitbetalen 🤷♂️
Update: vandaag bericht gekregen dat het is overgemaakt. 10 dagen! Veelste lang natuurlijk en de reacties op mijn vragen met "we houden ons aan de voorwaarden" waren ook niet echt prettig.

Games are okay, platform is fine. Registering goes within in a few minutes and you are ready to go.
Transferring money into your real money account from your own bankaccount goes within seconds.
But cashing out......They it can take up to 5 business days (strange but alright), but after 5 business days and multipe times contacting them through support nothing happens. Even though support is being polite and all, but they can't really tell you anything.
Additional checks all the time....Still wondering if they will even make the cashout. Smells like something else.

Have to reach customer service multple times and I still can't withdraw. It's just a shame it takes longer then the estimated 24 hours. The only compensation they offer is if I give a review here. They can't even tell how long it take. I hope they will fix the issues very soon.
