Recently visited crystallia, and honestly. Amazing doesn’t cover it! As soon as you walk through the door you get welcomed by the best energy possible. Sam was lovely and the pieces I got were amazing.

promptly and well packaged. The store is reasonably priced for good quality products.

What makes Crystallia special though is the owner. She clearly loves what she does and wants to make sure her customers are well looked after. She took the time to recommend products to my sister, during a difficult time, and offer her words of encouragement. My subsequent order based on those recommendations included a sweet note for my sister - those kinds of personal touches mean so much and you don’t get them from big stores!

This is not just a shop it’s an experience ,from the minute you walk in the door to be greeted by fabulous smells and eye catching displays . Sam is so knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming and Leanne is just as good . Always ready with a smile and a chat .
The shop is filled floor to ceiling with such quirky unusual items , that are extremely reasonably priced .

Beautiful little shop could spend hours in there looking at everything and also spend a fortune buying all the gorgeous crystals and gifts :P been multiple times. Lovely, friendly owner :) Could make visiting here a day out with a cafe, park and cute quirky shops

I absolutely love Crystallia, I’ve visited the gorgeous boutique quite a few times, there are such a wide variety of crystals on offer and Sam is so friendly & lovely!
