Small issue with some data not showing for a driver, was something we had missed adding on our side. Spoke with Eliot, very polite and helpful, had the problem sorted within the hour and sent a follow up email with detailed instructions of what to do to avoid having this issue going forward.

Used the company for many years, trackers are very good and occasion may have a blip, but the team at Crystall Ball resolve the issues straight away.

Samantha provided a great customer service today, however I am not happy with the product yet and await for the engineer again to come solve the issue with the dash cam I purchased from Crystal Ball. I will leave another feedback later on the product because so far I am not happy with the dash cam.

Upon receiving their quotation, we were pleasantly surprised to find that their comprehensive telematics system was approximately 106% more affordable than TomTom’s. This prompted us to test their system with an initial installation in one vehicle.

I must say, we have been thoroughly impressed with Crystal Ball's platform. The tracking capabilities, including the integrated smart dashcam, are outstanding. The platform offers features such as driver identification, fleet maintenance, and management, among many others.

I would highly recommend Crystal Ball to any fleet manager looking to streamline operations without impacting their bottom line. The team is not only friendly and professional but their system has also proven to be extremely reliable.

My company has used Crystal Ball for the past 7 years to track my fleet of vans and protect them in the event of an accident. The integrated 4G dash cam and tracking solution has transformed business operations and allowed me to work more productively and effectively. I am able to use the system for evidencing time spent on site to clients, and to monitor the day to day activity of the engineers when out on jobs. The dash cam technology has assisted in multiple disputes and I would no longer own a vehicle without this system installed. By using this technology to improve road safety and provide additional evidence, we demonstrate a lower risk profile to our insurers. I also find the mobile app very easy to use. I would highly recommend Crystal Ball to anyone who owns a fleet looking to reduce their accident rate and improve their day to day productivity.
