A very nice and professional company. They didn't have a trip on the day I wanted available but went out of their way to coordinate a trip with another individual that provided an exceptional experience. It was safe, fun and I was able to see almost all the animals I wanted to on the trip.

I just wanted to thank you for all the wonderful hospitality and service you have provided to us and the people who have been working with you, all the experience has been amazing, we are now in love with Kenya.

I had a great half day safari in Nairobi. Linus was our guide/driver and was great at explaining things about Nairobi and the national park.

The vehicle was great with power and wifi. Be mindful that the half day safari ends up being longer due to visits to the animal orphan sanctuary and giraffe centre. These are extra but very good experiences .

I would like mention the great experience I had with a Half Day Nairobi National Park Safari organized by Cruzeiro Safaris
I had a day free and was eager to do a quick safari on the same day.. so checked online and WhatsApp-ed various tour operators but most of the tours were customized and already left in the morning.. Also, I wanted to go on a Group tour which provides an easy way for solo travelers to meet other people and share the experience. A group tour was also more affordable option for a solo traveler compared to booking a private tour.
The booking experience with Claudia Kabui was smooth.. she explained the details and we agreed for a 1pm pickup for a half-day tour.
The half day tour was designed to be short, typically lasting 4-5 hours, which was perfect for me with limited time. The vehicle was a 6 seater VAN with an open top for viewing and taking pictures.
It was a surreal contrast of seeing the city skyline in the background while on safari, highlighting the park's unique location. Our captain and guide, Lawrence was punctual, friendly, and exceptional at spotting a variety of animals, including lions, rhinos, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, impalas, baboons, lot of birds and his knowledge of animals and the history of the park was exceptional.
The overall experience right from booking to being punctual was professional, and well-organized.
They also have other popular activities like the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to see baby elephants and the Giraffe Centre, creating a full half-day experience.

The experience was excellent, and our driver Edwin was always very attentive. We were informed that the Carnivore restaurant, which we had previously reserved, had to close at the last minute due to an event. However, we received an upgrade that far exceeded our expectations, including a show. I would 100% recommend it

Fast quality services - this is what Cruzeiro was for us. And flexible as well. They booked us a half day game in the Nairobi National Park, including a visit to the elephants nursery. Booking was made from one day to the next, and then posponed one more day (due to health issues from our side). The communication was quick and friendly and they did everything possible to accommodate our ever-changing requests. Peter, the guide/driver, was very friendly and adjusted the trip ti our needs as well.

Cruzeiro organized an outstanding trip to the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Sanctuary for us. Despite their website stating that pickups are from Nairobi, they were incredibly accommodating and arranged transport for us from Lake Naivasha, which was a huge convenience.

Their communication was excellent from start to finish. The day before our trip, they sent me the driver’s details and contact information, which was very reassuring. They were easy to reach via WhatsApp, and any last-minute changes I requested were handled smoothly without any hassle.

Edwin, our guide and driver, was fantastic—he shared interesting stories during the journey, making the experience even more memorable. Claudia, who helped us with the booking, was excellent. She was responsive, quick to answer our queries via WhatsApp, and made the whole process stress-free.

Overall, it was a well-organized and seamless experience, and I highly recommend Cruzeiro for anyone planning a trip like this! It is a bit more pricy than some of the other companies but the whole process was stress free and quick and the team were incredibly reliable which made it worth it

The best tour ever! The tour guide waited for us with a board in front of the airport, everything went smooth. We’ve seen a lot of animals in the park, it was a great experience. Thanks a lot Claudia and Stephan.

What a truly life changing experience going to Kenya on a Safari! With the world being shut down with Covid, we delayed our trip for almost a year but once we were there (just after Christmas) we saw the magic that truly is Kenya and felt incredibly safe and sanitized the entire time. We took the 7 day Kenya Safari, starting with arriving at Nairobi where we were greeted by Julius at the airport and arriving to the beautiful Nairobi Serena hotel. We stayed there 2 night to adjust to the time difference and the food and hotel staff were exceptional. Definitely one of the most luxurious hotels I have been to. Then Julius took us to the airport in the morning and off we went on a small plane (it felt so adventurous!) to Amboseli where we stayed at Amboseli Serena (3 days) where everyday there were elephants just outside the compound. We would enjoy our evening wine on the balcony and just watch the elephants roam around, it was truly magical. The hotel and staff were lovely and it was so open and big, we went on game drives everyday and it was truly remarkable how much we saw (elephants, lions, zebra, flamingos, the list goes on and on). On the third day we were then taken back to the airstrip to go to our final destination, the Masai Mara. After a short flight, we landed on the airstrip of Mara Serena and it was unbelievable how vast and beautiful the savannah is. We were immediately taken to a game drive where we saw plenty of lions, and then to our hotel to check in and have lunch. Let me tell you, this hotel is amazing, it is the best view I have ever seen and being on top of the hill you see the Mara river and the Savannah all the way to the horizon. So much wild life just from your window. The game drives were exceptional and we saw the big 5 and plenty of baby lions! Our 11 year old daughter loved it and learned so much about the culture and wildlife. My husband and I were so bonded just being on this amazing adventure together. We had the time of our lives in the Masai Mara. After our last day we left after breakfast and flew back to Nairobi where Julius was there to take us back to the International airport, but first took us shopping, at my request, at the best souvenir spot he knew of. We were greeted there by Claudia who made all of this happen, she was there from when I first started looking into going to Kenya with my family. If I could give her 10 stars I would, she was exceptional and communicated the entire time, answering all my Covid questions, making sure I got everything packed and all paperwork in order (Covid test, visas, shots, etc.). She planned everything for me and rescheduled everything for me like 3 times (thanks to Covid) and never once showed the slightest annoyance about it. Spending the week in Nairobi, Amboseli and Masai Mara felt like a dream and I felt like it was the perfect amount of time to experience it all. I highly recommend this tour, you won’t find any company that will do it for cheaper, trust me, I looked, the value is exceptional and the experience is priceless.

Sadly, because of the Coronavirus cutting our trip short we couldn't make it to the Maasai Mara, but managed to get a tour of the Nairobi National Park. We had such an amazing time, and saw animals that my friends didn't even see in Kruger. Our guide was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about wildlife. He went out of his way to make sure we saw lots of things. A great end to our trip.

Julius was a great guide, I always felt safe and he knew what he was talking about. I only had a short layover but he was able to cater to my needs and show me a good time. Thank you!
