Very helpful staff who get you to and from the ship.
Very helpful staff who get you to and from the car park to the terminal and back. It is cost reasonable and efficient. The area they use as a car park is safe and monitored but is small and requires close navigation. You need to factor in the time from Pagett Street to the terminal. They can advise as the traffic in that part of Southampton can be quite busy. A very good alternative if the closer to the embarkation parking spots are fully booked.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer friendly, easy to use service. This company went out of their way to take care of our vehicle that had a security issue that Land Rover Jaguar were unable to fix before our cruise. From the moment we arrived at the cruise terminal CPS staff identified our vehicle while we were in the queue awaiting check in and every CPS member of staff we came into contact with was aware of our vehicle issue, clearly the instruction regarding our vehicle had been communicated to the team very well. We were informed of how CPS would look after and protect our car whilst it was in their care. This immediately put us at ease. We have used CPS many times as we find their customer friendly, efficient service very convenient and easy to use. We have used CPS as part of a cruise package and also as private a customer when the cruise operator had no parking places left. We would not hesitate to recommend CPS to anyone, the team have exceeded our expectations delivering excellent customer service. Thank you to each and every one of you, you really put us at ease to ensure we enjoyed our cruise.

Works well ..staff lovely very welcoming look after your car. it’s so easy to park at either Southampton or Portsmouth (used both) might be bit more expensive than other car parks but for me with it being right at the terminal it’s a plus they take your car and luggage giving you time to relax after a long drive

Excellent service at Mayflower cruise terminal southampton from arriving at the terminal getting car booked in to receiving our car back. Easy to get from ship to cps car park staff very polite at checking in car to picking vehicle up have used CPS on several occasions and can highly recommend them
Booked my parking yesterday
Booked my parking yesterday, I hadn’t realised it needed to be booked in advance. Sandy was very helpful and was able to book my parking without any issues. Very thankful customer, quick and efficient. Great customer service
Aggressive and abusive staff
On arrival (Mayflower terminal, Southampton) the scene was chaos- cars everywhere, no staff and one security guard sending me into a lane that once down, I was told I was in the incorrect lane.
Furthermore the security officer was not displaying an SIA badge.
I was then ushered through another lane through some cones to where I should have been where I was approached by an aggressive car park attendant who shouted at me to move or he won’t let me on board (!).
I informed him I was there as his staff told me to be there due to them sending me down the wrong lane but he berated me in front of my family and again threatened to have me removed from the cruise.
I drove off and joined the queue further back than I was before and took a further hour to drop my car off.
Having sent an email I have now been informed that all staff are sub contracted and none work for CPS !
Beware leaving your car here - they subby all work and take no responsibility.

We have used the service at Dover on several occasions now & it is 1st rate.
Booking is extremely easy - either online or phone.
Directions for drop off are very clear & precise.
And the staff at the port are very efficient.

Very impressive and efficient service
We decided to pay extra and use CPS due to the proximity of the car drop off point to the Queen Elizabeth II cruise terminal at Southampton. The service we received was faultless. The drop off was quick and efficient. On our return as soon as we had stepped off the ship there was a CPS staff member in easy view to direct us to their office area to collect the key which took about 30 seconds to pick up. From then on several other staff members were on hand to direct us to our car which was parked very conveniently near the exit of the car park. Everything went like clockwork. We were extremely impressed with CPS and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I very much like that the luggage is taken from you and delivered to the ship. It was also easy to find the cases again in the car park when we returned. Some of the parking bays are a bit narrow and you have to watch that you haven't parked too close to a support column or you won't be able to get the bags out of the boot!
The staff were all friendly and helpful and the transport to the terminal went smoothly.
However the information on line is a bit misleading. The FAQs specifically say " why can't I park my own car" and talk a lot about them having to be able to move your car and not have to deal with additional security devices. In Liverpool you park your own car. They don't take your keys or photos to inspect for damage etc as suggested. You do get a ticket with a QR code but that is to tell you which aisle you parked in
Unfortunately on the return journey, in spite of being disembarked in groups there was a very long queue to get back to the car park. Our group was the last to leave the ship (09:15 and they started at 07:30) We stood in the wind for about half an hour waiting for a shuttle back. We were told that there was a problem with the exit barrier not raising which apparently meant having to phone Leeds to sort it out
When we did get back to the car park the staff I spoke to knew nothing about any problems
If it had all gone well it would probably be good value as it was it seems rather expensive
Wonderful service from CPS
From the moment we arrived at Dover Cruise Terminal CPS did a wonderful job. Straight into parking area to be greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who helped up unload the cases and even showed us where they would be parking our car for the next two weeks. Took cases away so we just had to walk to our ship with our hand luggage. Also on return our cases were waiting for us at the terminal. We were greeted by CPS and our cases were transported by the porter to our car and again put back into the boot for us all with a smile. Not the cheapest parking option but the service is faultless and well worth the extra. You start your holiday without any stress. Will definitely use again. Very professional service all round. Thanks.
Fantastic and helpful staff
We booked for the Dover Cruise Port parking and the staff, both on the phone and at the port were amazing. I was on crutches due to a recent knee replacement and we were allocated a disabled parking space to unload even though I don’t have a blue badge. A porter immediately arrived, unloaded our cases and my wheelchair and took them off to check them in.
On our return I was brought a chair to use whilst my husband got our cases, a staff member from the parking company helped take the cases to the car and loaded them in for us. He wouldn’t accept a tip!
We highly recommend using Cruise and Passenger Services.
Superior service
Service was excellent, professional and very officiant. From arriving at the Ocean Cruise Terminal everything was very straight forward and handled perfectly. Obviously a well oiled process that was handled brilliantly. Cannot fault the service given from arrival to when we returned to collect the car a week later. Will use them again.

A very good efficient experience. Handover on arrival was excelent with luggage handling being slick. On return it was good as well.
Rude Call centre agent, good service otherwise
Their services are excellent, but I strongly advise against calling them. The call center agents are incredibly rude. I recently called to amend a booking, and, oh my goodness, the lady who answered was not in a good mood today. She sounded displeased, rushed, and displayed absolutely no telephone etiquette. I am genuinely dreading the thought of having to call them again in the future. It's best to handle any interactions with them via email.

On arrival we joined the CPS queue at Southampton to unload our luggage, which took 20 minutes. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took pictures of our car took the keys and summoned a porter as we had disabled parking. ( excellent )
Pick up … all went well until we approached our car … Audi A4 Avant S Line in white in clean and immaculate condition on drop off.
WOW SHOCK HORROR
The car was covered in leaves, seeds, brown sap staining and birds poo. Also both foot wells in the front were full of seeds and foot marks .. on checking the mileage it had covered 11 miles since drop off ..so clearly driven and the driver had a passenger. AND the worse thing of all was the stale smell of cigarette smoke and as we don’t smoke it was disgusting. Also a long red mark scratch on the drivers door.
I was assured on phoning the company before booking on line that the car was kept on site as near to the terminal as possible as we required disabled parking.
I have also emailed the company and await a reply.
It seems the process of drop off is excellent but what happens to your car after that is clearly very little care.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING 12th June 2025.
After speaking to a very concerned lady called Sarah at CPS, I was given an explanation that satisfied my concerns raised in my review and as a good will gesture and the detailed explanation they included a full refund of my parking cost.
Things do happen which is still upsetting but every effort was taken to rectify the problems.
