We were very happy with the help and efficiency of Kristie at Mermaid Waters QCentre.
She looked at possible cheaper options when we couldn't afford the cruise from Fiji to Tahiti. We are feeling very satisfied for her looking at a cheaper and shorter option...Brisbane to New Caledonia and Vanuatu which we happily booked. We will go back to her in the future.

Your consultant is a reflection of your company. Your consultant led me to believe he could not tell what accomodation would be offered. After quoting he then said I picked these locations for you. He let me change the. I started to feel like I wasn't being kept in the loop. Fees started to appear on the quote

We give 5 stars to Cruiseabout for the excellent customer service and Carlene has been particularly prompt and helpful in every way. However, we are not so happy with our experience with Splendour of the Seas as there is almost no live entertainment or the few shows that were on were completely booked out or there was some charge involved. There were no comedy shows
