Terrible product and CS experience
My family placed an order for the snoopy UV printed customized engraved wallet, and when it arrived, there was no snoopy engraved on the wallet but just my name on it. It was brought to the CS attention and their explanation was simply to put the blame on my family saying he did not add the option to include the snoopy image when he was sure he did. My family even offered to pay extra to add the snoopy image back but the CS refused. This is such a terrible experience for my family as it was supposedly to be my surprised birthday present!
Updates: the company responded very quickly and agreed to fix this issue right away. The response was much more polite and my family does appreciate that!

Our team has reviewed the invoice and order confirmation, and we confirmed that the option to include the Snoopy image was not selected, meaning no additional fee was charged for it. However, if this was due to any system error, we would be more than happy to arrange a remake for you.
To follow up, we got in touch with your friend yesterday to clarify the situation. After the misunderstanding was cleared up, they arranged to return the wallet to us today. Once we receive it, we will immediately arrange to print and add the Snoopy image as requested.

I had an issue with the delivery service and an unintentional wrong box order (I was supposed to get the Pompompurin collaborative box, but got the standard box instead), which was most likely due to the challenges of international shipping since they are based in Hong Kong and maybe a rare mistake (The box). However, as soon as I reached out to them, they responded immediately and were very helpful. They seem genuine and truly care about making things right, even when the issue may not have been entirely their fault. Maybe because of their past reviews or just trying to be better overall.
The product quality is excellent for the price, and I would definitely order from them again. I’ll also continue communicating with them regarding delivery updates in future orders, because there's always a problem in international deliveries in general, so I recommend that customers also do the same (Communicate with them for your order status consistently, since they reply immediately in my end).

Absolutely zero communication
I placed an order with expedited shipping under the guise it would be here by Valentine's day. However, it's been almost 2 weeks since I packed the order, it's still processing, I've gotten zero updates, and any attempt to reach out and ask about the delay have been met with silence. This has been a very disappointing purchasing experience and I definitely don't recommend anyone else waste their time or money.

Too slim for me?
The senzaltro is very thin. i struggle to fit cash in it. leather and engraving are nice but it's really just for cards and little cash

craftmanship of the leather is 10/10 but i wish the hot stamp engraving was a bit larger. its hard to read in some lights.
