That said once I phoned Geoffrey? Was extremely helpful and sent through information. However when phoning the noise in the background is very loud and doesn’t make it feel very professional. The facility to purchase existing loans needs revision. Unless you monitor you email continuously you are unable to purchase. I would suggest an application system on which potential/existing investors can record there interest and be offered first refusal (with a time limit) when their names reaches the top of the waiting list.

Limited need to interact once invested on the platform. Investment opportunities are few and far between, and the secondary market is non-existent (or offers sell on before you can even see what they are.
A few minor glitches with the forms, but communication back from the service employees is usually prompt and clear.
