I purchased the monthly premium plan with Crowd Ignite where they promise 2500 to 3500 followers per month. At the end of the month, I only gained around 400 followers. When I enquired with them to ask for a refund as they didn't deliver what I paid for, they told me they don't offer refunds and that followers are not guaranteed. Ofcourse, they don't mention that anywhere when making a purchase or on their website. Please save your money and avoid this company. Just another scam!

Worst company you can ever get involved…
Worst company you can ever get involved with. They have absolutely flooded my posts with fake bot accounts without profile pictures. I have asked them on five separate occasions to stop interacting with my account as I can’t have bots on an influencer account, as it will loose my credibility to which they completely ignore you. I am trapped as they have my IG username and hit me everyday with another 400 likes. The only way out is to delete my account and start fresh

I got 20 new followers in a day - all of which were bots with private accounts, several without even a profile picture. A lot of which sourced from Latvia, and the one that was public was an account with 30 photos posted from one day. None of them engaged with any of my content. Unfortunately it’s another scam :(

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Stay away from them.
Crowd Ignite is a scam. They advertise “real Instagram growth,” but what they actually deliver are nothing but bots and fake accounts. I spent hours deleting hundreds of fake followers one by one, there was absolutely nothing authentic about the service and it killed my account.
When I tried to cancel after the first month, I was reassured that the system was just going through a ‘warm up’ phase and was offered a discount off my next month to stay. I accepted this offer, but when the monthly renewal came around my card was still charged in full. When I complained, they denied the offer existed and later offered me the same discount if I would stay ANOTHER month. I feel that this was a purposeful tactic to force customers to stay on their platform.
They also advertise a 7-day refund guarantee, but refused to honor it even though I requested a refund within the window. On top of that, their platform won’t let you remove your credit card information. Even after cancellation, my card remains locked in their system with no option to delete it.
This company misrepresents its services, engages in dishonest billing, and uses unethical practices that put consumers at risk. Do not trust Crowd Ignite!! Avoid this company at all costs.

This service does NOT work be careful before paying your money. It’s Bot/ Fake followers that will get erased by instagram because they’re fake followers. I tried asking for a refund which they did not want to do. I ask if they had a money back guarantee before I signed up they said yes but when I cancelled and ask for a refund they stated it was out of the 7 days mind you nothing in there policy says anything about it has to be within 7 days of initial registration date to get a refund. This is a totally SCAM do not use it unless you have money to waste.

Complete Frauds
I thought I was purchasing a legit service to help me grow organically as advertised on their website, but they are complete FRAUDS! They gave me some good feedback about my account and small things to tweak however I hadn't changed anything on my account, and all of a sudden I started getting followers from Latvia and India, with weird names and no profile photos. Some were new accounts, some had not posts, no followers, obviously bots. I am super disappointed and have since asked for a full refund.

Absolute SCAM with FAKE followers
I tried CI and right off the bat I immediately started gaining followers, and it seemed pretty cool. Overnight I think I got an immediate 40ish...however when looking at the profiles, they WERE LITERALLY ALL fake profiles. The pics in them were low resolution...some claiming to having youtube channels had links to their other social media, yet none of the links worked...
Bottom line, if you're reading this...do NOt waste your time with this. And I'm sure right below this review will be a bot-created response where they apologize and will ask me to contact them for a resolution.

I initially paid for a one month subscription and had a great experience. The customer service was fantastic and they delivered everything I paid for. I then committed to the yearly subscription at a much higher cost, and they did not deliver. I got sporadic answers when I tried to ask why I wasn't receiving the service they promised. At first it worked great went for a few hundred to 2500 followers in a couple months, but then they started falling off by the hundreds when Instagram started erasing them because they were all fake!!
Absolute waste of money. 100% a Scam!!!
- In reply to the answer, I reached out multiple times and received generic answers with no real help, the followers never recovered, this is a paid service so simply saying you reached out does nothing. My review stands I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Great and helpful app
Best thing i did for my IG in 2025. I was losing motivation to post since no one was seeing my stuff. I tried Crowd Ignite after a recommendation, and it helped me break through that algorithm fog. Their custom campaigns gave my page a needed push. It's a little pricey if you're just starting out, but worth every penny once things start rolling. I feel creative again.

Pretty cool if you already know your audience
Their content planner tool made me more consistent, and the follower quality feels real not fluff. The Basic Plan is a nice intro, but you’ll probably want to upgrade if you’re serious. One thing though, I wish the onboarding came with more step-by-step guidance. Still, solid platform for creators who want meaningful growth.

I run a small brand and needed extra reach for a product drop .I used Crowd Ignite's timed promotion feuture and saw a big jump in page visits during launch week . The ROI was decent, considering i didn't have to manage ads myself . I just wish the scheduling calendar allowed more post reviews . But for hands-off exposure , this really worked .
