Crove has a lot of potential
Crove can represent a game-changer on how you handle all document exchanges. It allows you to automate a lot of processes that you currently handle manually; getting contracts signed, internal company documents, getting form data from your website... with the Zapier integration and webhooks, the possibilities for automation workflows are almost endless.
I particularly tested it to automate the signing of agreements and all processes triggered once an agreement is signed, from creating to-do lists in other apps to invoice generation, welcome emails, notifications to Slack channels, and other cool automation.
Sure it still has things to improve, but this can be a great contender for other tools like PandaDoc.

Streamlining my business one automated document at a time
I've been in need of of a solution to automate certain documents for my business, so I was excited to learn about Crove.app.
Two of the use cases I have used Crove for are to automatically generate contracts when a new client is ready to work with me, and to generate a certificate once someone has completed my coaching program. And I can say that Crove performed perfectly with both of these functions for me.
Now that I've seen the flexibility and automation that Crove offers, my mind is flooded with possibilities for things I can automate and streamline!

Crove App. You need it, but don't know it yet...
Crove.app is the tool that you did not know you needed but do. It does everything that you'd expect a document managing app to do, creating docs, sending docs, and getting docs signed...
If you stop there, you'd wonder why you'd need another tool that did what a ton of other tools do.
But wait a minute, not so fast. When I first used Crove, I thought the same thing. But something made me give it another try, and that's where I started realizing the uniqueness and power of its feature set.
There are 4 exciting features that stand out for my use case.
1. Logic based Documents.
2. Beautiful and Simple Form Sending integrated into the Logic Based Documents.
3. Static Links.
4. Document Generation.
To summarize all of them in one use case example:
You can design a form that displays in different ways, based on your user's input. For example, you can have a document that shows and hides fields based off of input; and then send it to the user.
This is even simpler than a document, and allows the user to just fill out the information they need. You can even post a link on your website that multiple people can sign at the same time, for example, a first visit survey.
And then once the form is filled out, generate a document that looks like it was filled out and signed on paper.
The UI is simple, and the navigation a joy.
I highly recommend Crove.app!

A Gem for PDF and Doc Processing
Crove helps my team to ease up the pain of completing PDF forms manually especially the forms with various types of questions which take a lot of time to put in responses and make them look nice on the form. Crove enables my team and clients (non-tech background) to fill out our forms easily since we can customize most of the functions including title, placeholder, hints, answer validation. Users can also check the preview form after they complete it.
Actually, I have tried a few other products with similar functions. I must admit that I like Crove's interface and its capacity the most. The interface looks amazing and very friendly.
In addition, they have webhooks. Since we are trying to automate things via Pabbly. This function of crove would enable us to automate things that we will need to in the future although we do not have specific use cases for now.

Future of document automation tool
I was asked to look into the Crove App because I had heard that it could be used to automate the filing of various types of documents for a variety of purposes, including HR, legal, and real estate.
As a test, I created a sample resume document using their default template and discovered the following:
First, The app allows you to easily set up fill-in-the-blanks or drop-down options for interchangeable information (names, dates, representatives, location, and so on), making it simple to standardise the document for multiple occasions in the future.
Second, If the document template contains some inapplicable wordings outside of the fill-in-the-blanks, I can edit them to make them more applicable to me.
Third, I can also import my own document and use it as a template, and I'll be able to specify where to place the fill-in-the-blanks and drop-downs for my own customizations.
Fourth, there are even more advanced options that allow me to manipulate the options I can select from drop-down menus by changing the settings of each blank entry.
Finally, after inserting the necessary templates and edits to the existing or self-uploaded files, these become shareable to the rest of the staff, who can now create the same documents that I've been doing myself the entire time - all they need to do is plug in the key details, and they should be able to do it much faster, with much less effort, and with far fewer errors. This is done not only with the lease of contract document, but also with other commonly used documents that must be sent to other business parties, such as letters of authority, letters of intent, temporary or permanent closures, and so on. This is ideal when your staff does not share your standards, as it eliminates the risk of poor grammar or formatting caused by other employees, which can lead to miscommunications and disagreements.
To sum up, it appears to be a very useful app from the start, and I hope that the developers continue to improve the current features and add new ones along the way.

Great Tool with lots of use cases for all buisness

Finally Crove help me in simply my task in my day to day operation, I am pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and effectiveness of Crove app with lots of customization with pdf and document editor with condition. the interface is clean and simple and anybody can use this tool easily
Daily we are onboarding 50-100 employee in remote area and we are using paper form for submission for onboarding of employee and manually
Creating and Sending the documents in word which is a boring and lengthy process
Now with the help of Crove We have integrated our submissions with the pdf template created with variable and documents are created as soon as there is new submission.

Crove is promising document automation with rising attention.
1. Type of use case for this document automation:
a. Consulting project requirement gathering questionnaire to gather input from recipient.
b. Proposal Contract with template flexibility to change and send out for signatory
c. Offer letters to employee & info request form to job applicant and employee
d. Paperless environment! After the input, signatory, it is capable to integrate with the document management system and ERP automate the business processes.
What is in it for me:

2. Extremely flexible document editor that support docx and pdf, it can create variables and capable to include conditional logic

What are the improvement areas:

I love this app because it's the most…
I love this app because it's the most flexible option.
You cannot only use PDF but also create your own documents as templates.
They have a conditional option for including/excluding parts on the documents and that's a game changer.
Support is very useful and the developement of the app is very lean.

Very useful automatic documentation with a minor flaw
I was asked to check out Crove App because I was told I could use it to automate the filing of several types of documents for all kinds of purposes, including HR, legal, and real estate.
So as a test, I created a sample real estate contract of lease document based on their default template, and noticed the following:
1. The app has easy to set up fill-in-the-blanks or drop-down options for the interchangeable information (names, dates, representatives, location, etc.) making it easy to standardize the document for several occasions in the future.
2. In the event that the document template has some inapplicable wordings outside of the fill-in-the-blanks, I can choose the edit option to change them to become more applicable to me.
3. I can also import my own document and use it as another template of my own, and I'll also have the ability to dictate where to set up the fill-in-the-blanks and drop-downs for my own customizations.
4. There are even further advanced options in which I can manipulate the options I can pick on drop-downs by changing the settings of each blank entry.
The minor flaw that I saw this app had was that a lot of the location options were all Indian regions and cities by default, which meant that I had to manually delete them then replace it with the corresponding regions and cities of my local country. It will take a bit more effort to make this feature applicable to your local setting, but I'll hope the team finds a way to develop.
So after inserting the necessary templates and edits to the existing or self-uploaded files, these become shareable to the rest of the staff who can now create the same documents that I've been doing myself the entire time - all they need is to plugin the key details and they should be able to do it much faster using much less effort with much less mistakes. These are done not just with the lease of contract document but also with other frequently used documents that need to be sent to other business parties such as letter of authority, letter of intent, temporary or permanent closures, etc. This is best when your staff do not have the same standards as you do, so no more having to risk poor grammar or poor formatting due to other staff that can lead to miscommunications and disagreements.
Overall, it's looking like a very useful app from the get-go, and I'll hope that the devs continue to move forward in improving the current features and adding new ones along the way.

Essential tool for Small Businesses
We are a small business providing tutoring services and also responsible for hiring tutors to serve our customers. There are several documents that we have to create to better serve the needs of our customers and the tutors that work with us.
Crove app has simplified the process of creating these documents for us. I was able to create an offer letter template that is currently better than what we have.
I am looking forward to updating our processes to use the new templates that crove app has to offer.

Crove is very helpful software that I use for document automation tasks. It helps me complete many different types of tasks such as converting PDF forms into mobile-friendly forms and creating monthly reports. The software also allows you to collect contact information for generating contracts. It also generates business proposals that need signatures and sends forms to collect details for generating contracts. It is very easy to use and I highly recommend it.

I use crove for employee document generation
I started using crove a few months back to generate offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other day to day employee documents.
Now with one single form we are able to generate offer letter for male, female, intern, and employee.
Since It saves all generated documents in my account, it’s an added advantage for me because now I don’t have to manage record of employee documents in Google drive!
Overall it’s a great product for anyone who currently edits word templates to create documents and want to make their life super easy!

Made life a bit easy
While completing a real estate transaction there are a lot of loose ends to tie before a broker can relax and know for sure that the deal is closed. Paper work is one of the most cumbersome and tedious tasks. This crove.app made all the troubles go away. We are happy to see such a product making things easy. The system is a bit slow that's why four stars, else it would have been five.

I used Crove to make a resume for job applications. Everything was smooth and the UI is very customer friendly.
