It s our great pleasure to write a review for Croner's litigation services for me and my husband in the past few years.

We were accused by an ex-employee for having fired him due to his disability and hence he believed his dismissal was discrimininatory! He was suing us for over £180k in compensation along with other charges at the Employment Tribunal from Jan 2024 to Mar 2026. The final hearing was just held from 23-27 Mar 2026, 5 whole days due to the seriousness of the case!

We were fortune to have engaged Croner for help in our defence. Croner quickly assigned Mr Charles Hancock to be our litigation consultant right at the beginning.

Having a consultant early on is very important. Charles has been listening and guiding us patiently and professionally throughout the lengthy n painful process in the past 2.5 years. He was sharp, quick and efficient no matter how busy he might have been, there were over 3,000 pages of submissions in our bundle. Charles quickly read through all the information and digested all documents and even kindly helped both me and my husband fine tune our witness statements succinctly.

Charles is always friendly, calm, patient, rational, and assuring. He would never be emotional. Though he was constantly busy with lots of cases, he always found time to respond to our enquiries and requests, though we understood he couldn't answer quickly due to his very heavy workload. Once we weren't able to talk over the phone during the weekday, Charles even used his weekend to respond to our enquiries.

Thanks to Charles, he had a thorough understanding of our case, he patiently explained to us the main issues and his strategies in response. Finally he has made a very precise and succinct presentation for us at the last day of the 5 day Tribunal hearing. And the ex-employee s wrongful accusations against us could not be substantiated.

In addition to Charles, we would also like to thank Charles' manager, Amanda and the whole litigation team for tbeir support for helpless and worried clients like us.

Amanda would always quickly answer our anxious questions when Charles was on leave.

We were fortunate to have engaged Croner to advise and defend us in the unreasonable accusations by the ex-employee. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to any employers in question or in trouble like us.
