Recently I purchased a crochet park purse kit and ended up buying another for a friend. I accidentally didn’t tighten the fasteners well enough and I lost a couple of them. I contacted the customer service chat to ask about getting some replacement fasteners and they were very nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company

Very prompt delivery of the kits. I have made one of the bags and the blanket and the quality of the yarn, hooks etc are great. First time I have crocheted and am loving it. Just ordered a 2nd bag. I was using a discount code which didn't work when the order went through. I emailed the service department and had a response and a resolution by Terry within hours.

High quality kit with everything you need, except scissors. Arrived beautifully packed and with links to very helpful videos. Despite not crocheting before, I am delighted with the finished result - a beautiful Aveline bag. It did take more than 8 hours though - the only downside, but it was worth it.

When I received my box, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the yarn and all things needed to make my Avalon Bag. I show off my purse often and everyone is amazed that I made it!

I ran out of yarn and when I asked to get more I was blackmailed into writing a positive review and they would send me more. I wrote two as instructed on the website and they say they are not valid wand per their company policy they can’t send them out until I do the positive review on Facebook. I refused and not sure if they will ever send me o e black yarn to finish my panda. What a shame.

I am now on my fourth bag kit from Crochet Park. No one can believe I've made these bags myself and I'm now starting to believe that I am a crocheter! The quality of the kits has been exceptionally high, as are the instructions and videos. Due to my own mistakes I have needed to order spare parts which Crochet Park have always been very helpful to send and delivery has been speedy.
