Great shoes and extremely quick delivery process - happy :)

When I rang up to discuss width of shoe I was given the advice I needed.

I did not like receiving a mail from FedEx that there was customs duty on my shoes.

Excellent company to deal with, efficient and great products.

I have EU44/45 feet and it's extremely difficult to find a nice-looking pair of shoes but I was happy to discover Crispins and they have quite a range of fashionable shoes for me. Quick delivery and am happy with the quality of shoes.

I had them shipped to Denmark and there were no problems and no hidden costs. I’ve bought shoes from them before and it’s just beautiful quality and great shoes. So excited for my leather boots!

I just wish you did more narrow shoes

I buy pretty much all of my shoes from Crispins. I’m usually delighted but this time, I put the shoes on and within an hour, there was a small tear in the leather. The shoes fit well so I believe that there was a weakness in that area of the shoe. I will try to get a cobbler to stitch the tear so I can continue to wear them. Disappointed.

I was afraid to take a chance and order some boots being that the store is so far away. However, I took a leap of faith and let me tell you, the shade booties fit me perfectly. I’m a 13 in women’s shoes and the quality of the boot was divine. I’m definitely going to order more shoes from Crispin.

I keep buying shoes from Crispins because I know I get quality and service. I live in the US and their ability to get my order to me in a timely manner is awesome. If very rarely the shoes/boots I have chosen don't fit they are quick to refund me (on receiving returned item).

Well made shoes which are very comfortable for a large foot. Good designs as well. Very pleased with my purchase. It came very quickly within 3 days. Will certainly look at spring collection. You have to be quick, they sell out of sizes very quickly. It’s the only shop around that caters fo people with large feet.
