Shocking asked multiple questions via email as never return calls. Had to raise a complaint with the manager. Case handler being changed continuousley. They have admitted fault . Immstill awaiting answers

Case manager was changed often which became very confusing but pleased with the service overall was advised could take 18 months and it took less than a year to receive 2 payouts.
