So, I sent a document months ago, infection prevention, it was acceptable, no problems, have done many shifts since…….then suddenly it’s not sufficient… I get an incoherent request to provide a new one…
Why is it suddenly not acceptable… !! Strangely another insourcing company I work through seem to find the same document perfectly ok… and you provide the same services to them…
!!

I thought it was quick, informative and progressive. It was painless and precise, I am really glad everything was so professional. My recruitment consultant and compliance officer were kind, helpful and efficient. Hence I gave this a 5 out of 5. I had a great interview process also, but overall I would recommend my experience with the whole onboarding as the best I've ever had. The forms were quick and flowed from one to the next, I had good communication verbal and written from each party related to my job start. Thank you!

It was great except for the interview stage., it maybe personal but I prefer to be communicating to someone on the other end off the video.

It's been a very straightforward experience and has simplified the process for me. What I found specifically useful was how the sections are separated and then show completed as you go. This has been reassuring knowing that I have completed each task correctly.
