Leadgentic is the GOAT, they are amazing, since we started we got a bunch of high quality leads, the day we launch the ads we started to get traffic and leads as well. They have the best team working for you, great communication, I would 100% recommend them, they will bring a lot of business for you, so you better be ready to answer the phone, have a sales process in place, and be able to take all those customer in. They are the big league in order to scale your business pass 6 figures.

I've been a month and a half at this point, I started at 15k, and Right now I am close to 25k. Cant wait to see where is my business going to be in 6 months.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Communication was a major issue—they would go weeks without any updates or responses, which made it difficult to trust the process or track progress.

While you may see activity like views and likes on Facebook, it comes at the cost of maintaining a high ad budget, and in my case, it resulted in very few actual leads. Ultimately, we spent over $20,000 with little to no return on investment.

Another concern is that they used our business as an example of a “successful outcome” without our consent, which was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Also, be aware that if you try to cancel early, there are significant penalties—around $7,000—so make sure you fully understand the contract before signing.

I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. My loss can hopefully help someone else avoid the same situation.

My 1 year experience with Leadgentic

Before our collaboration with Leadgentic, we were technically open to multiple markets yet lacked predictable growth due to ongoing variability caused by Groupon traffic, bargain hunters and inconsistent lead quality that made it difficult to scale in a profitable and sustainable fashion.

However, after teaming up with Leadgentic, this has all changed. Rather than still chasing short-term promotions, we are now strategically entering into new markets with real structure behind our expansion strategy.

Additionally, we have now successfully launched in three new consistently profitable markets, and we are in two more upcoming launches, with each launch having been smoother and more successful than the previous one.

Leadgentic took our existing website and rebuilt it; improved our brand image, and most importantly, began getting us ranked organically on Google in the new markets that generate long-term revenues. They have delivered on everything they said

We have been working with Leadgentic for the past six months, and one of the best ways to describe them is true to their word. They promised that we would be set up with them faster than anyone in the industry and that they will generate leads no issue. Within just one week of partnering with them, they were running ads across Google and all our social media platforms. They did mention it might take a month or two to start seeing traction, but that was the only thing they lied about. Within a month of starting, we experienced a massive influx of leads. Now, six months in, we are making significant growth moves to handle the incoming leads. I couldn’t recommend them enough! We are grateful to know them!

Full of false promises and deceit.

This company makes false promises of delivering 2x your revenue or they'd "work for free". Not only did our leads and revenue drop by nearly double, our service was completely interrupted with no prior notice or updates until I communicated first, after 2 weeks. After you send the severance letter, they'll ghost you for months then spring on your with an attempt to collect. Positively abhorrent people to work with. Very predatory. Please, for you and your wallet's sake, try absolutely anyone else and stay as far away as possible.

Founder friendly!!!

From the very first conversation, it was clear these guys actually get what it’s like to build something from the ground up. No fluff, no agency-speak bs.

They walked us through every step, made the whole process easy to understand, and treated our brand like it mattered. Once ads went live, they scaled intelligently, optimized proactively, and kept communication tight the entire time. As a founder, that level of clarity and partnership is rare.

Our expectations have been exceeded across the board... If you want an agency that feels like an extension of your team, this is the one.

My nightmare with Creators Collective…

My experience with Creators Collective / Leadgentic / Creators Consulting has been highly disappointing, and I want to share the facts of what occurred so other business owners can make informed decisions.

According to the contract, SMS was to be billed at $0.0079, and each per minute call at $0.0040 for each call was the agreed rate. However, our account was charged approximately $0.058 per SMS and per minute call. an increase of nearly eight times the contracted amount. I really wish they allowed uploads here. We were also promised a free month of service, which never occurred.

When I raised these concerns, I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was told the issue was caused by automations from my previous agency—a claim I verified as false through multiple independent sources. Our prior agency did not have rebilling enabled, and even if they had, resolving those issues would reasonably fall under the responsibilities of the company we were paying.

Regarding performance, our business consistently generated $60,000–$70,000 per month before hiring this company. After nearly two months with them—and over $5,000 in retainer fees, plus additional ad spend and rebilling overcharges—we received only two leads. One lead could not be located, and the second was mishandled by their setter. Fortunately, my team was able to recover that sale independently.
When I raised these issues again, I was removed from the Slack channel without warning, despite being the business owner and the person responsible for approvals and communication. At that point, I told my team member to request an immediate transfer of our account. The company then required him to agree not to dispute any charges before releasing our account assets—including customer data and conversations—that we originally owned. This was extremely concerning, as access to our own data should never be contingent upon waiving our rights.

I believe in professionalism, transparency, and honoring contractual agreements. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am pursuing the appropriate steps to ensure accountability, and I encourage any business owner considering their services to proceed with caution.

Thanks for your review. Our goal is always to give our clients the best experiences; it is the reason we have 150+ active clients, with about 30% that have been with us for over 1 year and even a few that have passed 3+ years with us.

Interestingly enough, you first tried signing up with us almost 3 years ago. You paid your first month's retainer and then disappeared. You came back 3 years later with your business worse off than it was in our first interaction. Now, when you have come back, you begged us to honour the retainer that you paid for and disappeared 3 years ago. We did allow your first month to be free and honoured your retainer payment 3 years ago.

In the 60 days of us working together, you were one of the rudest clients we ever had. You consistently swore at our team to the point that your business partner even advised us to remove you from our Slack channel we have with your company.

When you came to us, you used your own GHL account, and you are the one who is in control of the rates set in your own account. We have no control over that. As mentioned in your review, your account was set up by another agency. You do not need to have their rebilling feature set up; it automatically charges the card you use for the account based on the rates Go High Level has by default.

I also looked into your account. We launched your account within our normal timeline of 14 days, after much difficulty getting the resources and assets needed from your team to launch effectively. You submitted an off-boarding request due to your frustrations around CRM billing only 16 days after your campaigns had launched, whereas you mentioned that you were already making sales.

Apologies for any mistakes our call center team made, but I am pleased you were able to make sales within the first couple of weeks of campaigns being launched, as that is our goal.

After having our Head of Client Success reach out to you to try to appease your frustrations, you said your main frustration was CRM usage billing, which we had no control over and then removed us from your accounts, keeping our campaigns running.

Wasted so much time and money... Auto Glass Shops, please, RUN

I came into Creators Collective/Leadgentic with high hopes. I got sold the dream, was willing to pay the premium, and got onboarded.

Started off a little rocky with slow onboarding and high lead cost, but things started to improve. Got down to $30-35 on google ads. Meh. Not great. It was up and down. Some weeks we would have lead costs in the 40s, other times mid 30s. BUT to their credit, overall their google search campaign throughout the entire time i used them ended in an average CPL of 31.03, which still kinda sucks for the margins of my service, but to their credit there was some lower lead costs in there to balance it back down to that number overall.

But Meta? Dear God. Don't get me started on Meta. It was an absolute trainwreck. Lead costs were consistently 50, 70, 40, and over 100 dollars. 100 DOLLARS FOR A LEAD? For reference, the overall CPL for meta on the entire ad account for the time I used them was $50.45. Not good.

Here's the kicker.

I was the main account manager, not them. I was always keeping tabs on all of my ads and asking questions, not them. I was asking if we could split test different creative, not them. I was the one cancelling the 40, 50, 70, and 100 dollar ads, not them.

This made me so upset.

Dream Outcome: "For 1700 dollars a month we will manage all of your ads, give sales feedback, and double your revenue."

Reality: "We are going to waste lots of time and mishandle tens of thousands of dollars in ad spend."

Now I'm a reasonable guy. Please don't think I'm going all Karen over here. This is just my plea to anyone who may be considering using their service, especially for auto glass.

The auto glass industry by nature is low ticket high volume. Our company's price is on the higher end of the spectrum, like all good and reputable companies do. To give clear numbers, our typical gross profit on a standard windshield or glass replacement is 275, we flat rate labor over the cost of glass.

Let's breakdown the 275 we're working with.

It costs us about 100 bucks to do a job. This pays for tech to knock out the job, including gas, insurance, hourly, and job materials.

Now we're at 175. Still not bad. But lets factor in customer acquisition, at CC's best lead cost, which was about 30 bucks. At a 25% close rate, which is an average close rate given the type of customer you get on a google ad response for a service like this, we would have an acquisition cost of $120.

Now we're left with 55 bucks to run the business. Ouch.

Let's calculate what that looks like at a $50 lead cost shall we? Simple math. now we're at $200 customer acquisition with a $175 margin after direct job costs. What are we left with? -$25

Here's the problem.

We have negative money.

So we're losing money just to do the jobs.

And this was the problem.

Other jobs with more margin with calibrations we were able to make money on, but these jobs we were just spinning our wheels.

They blamed me for not being able to close enough of the jobs, saying that's why I was losing money. I had a long conversation with Justus, who claimed we missed 40% of calls, which on record we missed 4, but truly we only missed 1, which we called back immediately (within seconds) afterwards.

How do I know for sure my team called them back within seconds? I downloaded my T Mobile Call history to make sure. Because when Justus told me that I said I would look into it and I did. And he was full of crap just like I knew he was.

So it's not like we were mistreating our leads. By the way, the other 3 missed calls on record were 1. A repeat call after we booked the job, 2. Called at 9:47 pm which we returned the following morning, and 3. Someone who called but only wanted to communicate through text.

What my study also showed me was 9 other spam calls that i paid $30+ for which further increases my actual CPL, because they don't have fraud blockers.

Oh yeah, and let's not forget, in addition to high lead costs, we're paying them $1,700/mo

So I bring my findings to Justus and he ignored me.

Didn't care. Just wanted to charge me another monthly fee to cancel, which at the end of the day, is fair. Why? Because i signed a contract and agreed to the terms. I was just hoping for some compassion given the evidence I brought him but as he said, "a contract is a contract." Which is true.

Which sucks, but hey, I looked at it this way, either I pay them $1700 to get them out of my business, or I let them keep ruining everything.

I promise I'm not being dramatic.

When you're watching your business burn right before your eyes and you have 2 months with NEGATIVE INCOME instead of positive income, you know there's a huge problem.

So here it is, my long awaited review.

I used them from mid March to the end of June, and ended my 6 month contract early so that I could cut my losses and get away from them.

I’ve been working with this company for almost a year. Things started off ok, but after about six months, everything went downhill. They promised to work for free if they couldn’t meet certain goals — but that never happened.

I ended up losing thousands of dollars, and I want to make sure others don’t make the same mistake. There were countless errors, poor communication, and no accountability when things went wrong.

This company preys on small businesses because they think they can take advantage of them. Please be cautious and don’t fall into their trap.
