I paid them 10,000 dollars but, in the end, Alex made many promises with no follow through. Full disclosure was not provided and when I requested proof of services it became an argument. Alex was constantly pushing to sell more services which left two services unfinished at a price of $2,300 for an Audio book and 2,000 for a poem book. When I asked for a refund Alex began making claims that he could not prove upon my request because they did not occur. Following this suddenly my website was gone and social media disappeared. Alex said they were hacked along with my two books, but the poem never crossed the finish line so how could that be? Alex said he received an email about the hack but he never produced proof of the email. Alex, then wanted more money to restore the service.

Alex made my logo it came awesome I almost gave up on him but he was consistent he never gave up now he is working on my website I’m excited to see the end result.
