We met Steven in person as we found our van at a show at the NEC. It is great to get up front, professional estimation of how much we'd be borrowing and paying per month given the value of the van and our deposit. This was reassuring and gave us confidence in our purchase. After this, communication was prompt and efficient and the signing etc. of the paper work was great.
