Absolute disgrace of a service. Didn’t show up on the planned day - no communication. Showed up the next day. Installed 9/14 Ikea items I had paid for and they left without finishing saying they had other places to be.

The shelves were mounted in the most ridiculous way I could have imagined. Squashing the top of the sofa meaning nobody can sit down. They damaged my walls and left all the rubbish from the furniture strewn around the room.

Despite numbers calls and texts from Ikea and Myself, I have had no resolution or response and have been left out of pocket with an unfinished shoddy job.

Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst experience of my entire life. Buyer beware. The fitter refused to fit the rest of the wardrobe, which he didn't complete the first time because it wasn't on his docket. It wasn't on it because he lied to his company and said it was completed and was fully paid. Accused my husband of keeping him hostage(another lie) and called the police to my home. Creative fitting would not speak with me even though they were on the phone with him. All paid upfront - He refused to give me a number where I could call them. This is not over.........I won't take this lying down.

Zoltan assembled by himself 4 pieces of furnitures, including a 3 doors wardrobe and a double side bed, he's a hero!
Polite, and professional; an absolute gem!

The guys who built my Ikea pax wardrobe did an amazing job but every other aspect was a disaster.
They did not answer their phone once and are extremely slow to reply to an email. The first date I got for my wardrobe to be built was cancelled the day before (by email).
I wasn’t provided with any further information regarding what day they would arrive to build my wardrobe and I got a phone call one morning to say they were at my house. I explained I was just dropping my children to school and would be home within 20 minutes and I also explained that I hadn’t been provided with a date or time so obviously wasn’t expecting them. They said they couldn’t wait and after I raced home they had already left.
I was heavily pregnant so on maternity leave and spent my whole day sending emails (without reply) and phoning them (wasn’t answered). I also sent text messages.
When I went to collect my children from school I got another phone call to say another assembly duo was en route to my house. I explained what had happened and the guy on the phone insisted I cancelled the original date and that I would of course have been provided with today’s date. When I insisted I hadn’t been he eventually admitted I hadnt been informed because it had been a bank holiday. 🙄 He never apologised and was very dismissive. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the two lads who did come and build the wardrobe did a super job.
Would 100% not use again.

The fitter was fitting IKEA wardrobes. He arrived on time and worked straight through without a break. He was really polite and left the place spotless after him. I was extremely happy with the service

I used Creative Fitting for IKEA fitting and assembly. The wardrobe unit was assembled, but they left a big mess afterwards. They did not dispose of any of the cardboard packaging and instead filled my bathroom with all the debris and boxes and left it there.
Very unprofessional. If you use them, be aware that they may not clean up after the job.

Absolutely brilliant company and couldn't recommend their work any higher. The fitters are fast and efficient and will get any job done big or small. Also dealing with any of the admin staff you can't go wrong as they're communication is on point, clear amd precise. A+++

Marius and his colleague arrived on time and did a quick walk around check, sorted out the boxes for the different bedrooms and went to work, didn't stop until they were finished, they were extremely friendly and did a great job. Three bedrooms competed. Very happy with them and would highly recommend these.

I have just had Marius & Carlos to my house today to install an IKEA wardrobe. They did an absolutely superb job, very pleasant and helpful and gave very useful tips for installing future wardrobes.
I would totally recommend them.

Arrived on time and very quickly to assimile. Left things clean and tidy.

Fantastic service from Maicon in custom fittings today. Niamh was very helpful on email and Maicon did an incredible job of installing very large and tricky wardrobes. Every last inch of the wardrobes are perfect and all of the gaps filled seamlessly. He cleaned up and left the house very tidy afterwards. He also arrived exactly on time.

I’ve been referred to them via IKEA. It’s an ongoing nightmare when it comes to getting through to them. They don’t answer phone calls and take forever to respond to emails or texts. No customer service skill, they do not understand even simple requests or instructions. Never again!!

I have had such a great experience with Creative Fitting. They've been here a few times over the last few months and have assembled and fitted an actual mountain of IKEA flatpack for me. I am delighted with the results. They are are super responsive, work cleanly, can get you in very quickly and are a pleasure to deal with. It's a very professionally run company from Niamh in the back office to Carlos, Mari and everyone else in the field! They made all my wardrobes look "built in" which makes them look far more customized and professional and did other carpentry work (a hidden alcove for my ironing board! ) as well as the assembly. They're a lovely crew and I would definitely recommend.

Communication was a bit bad and patchy. Took 3 visits to get everything squared away due to misunderstanding. Eventually got everything we asked for done though. The boys doing the work are absolutely superb! Well priced too.
If communication was better, would definitely use again and recommend just for the boys doing the work. Top class, many thanks.

Every experience with Creative Fittings has been gery good. On Aug 13, the assembly service was carried out by Kryullo, who was excellent he worked efficiently was polite and professional and made sure everything was assembled perfectly. Then on 2September, Alex and his colleague (who seemed to be new to the job) came for another assembly service and they delivered a truly excellent job. Both Alex and his colleague were extremely professional, polite, hardworking, throughout the whole visit. They maintained spotless cleanl8ness always being mindful of working in a way that respected my home, leaving everything clean and tidy. It was clear they under Alex guidence took pride in their work, and in how they presented themselves. It was good to see Alex quietly and kindly guide the new team member showing both patience and respect. Observing this kind of support and positive teamwork was truly refreshing and reflects very well on Creative Fittings. My interactions with admin. Niamh was also very positive, friendly and helpful and efficient at every step making the whole process seamless. Creative Fittings are lucky to have such good people on their team. The level of care, professionalism and genuine kindness shown by Alex, Kryull8 and their colleagues really deserves recognition. THANK YOU to everyone involved - you made what could have been a stressful process a real pleasure. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Let down for IKEA furniture assembly on a named day despite paying over €600 for it.
Lied about their communication with me to IKEA. They do not answer emails/ phonecalls or text messages.
IKEA are refunding me. You will fnid cheaper and better online.

Would not recommend these at all. Payed for the service at the time explained what needed to be done, spent 2 days sorting out clothes to have the wardrobes empty and threw out my kids old bed this morning as they were to come and fit new bed and move a wardrobe then 2 hours late and then when I finally found a number on google for them a very cheeky and very unhelpful person told me no it wouldn’t be possible to do what is needed . STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY . Terrible customer service

We had a wardrobe fitted by this company via ikea. We are extremely happy with the service provided. The lads did an excellent job. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I’d have no problem recommending this company.

Unfortunately, we had to use this fitter because our usual one wasn't available. First appointment? No-show. They called saying their car wouldn’t start. Rescheduled, they arrived late—why? They got stuck inside our private parking underground and we had to come down and let them out. Rude and unprofessional from the start. When they finally finished, the drawer didn’t even open! We asked them to fix it, and they responded with attitude, making rude comments and snorting. The fitting was horrible—easily the worst experience we've ever had. Contacted customer service, and they were even worse, telling us that 'IKEA furniture is like that and can’t be fitted properly.' Funny thing is, it wasn’t even IKEA! It was a high-end brand. Total disaster from start to finish. The cherry on top they also scratch our wooden floor!

Claire, Gabor and Roland were just fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough.

The walls of an old cottage are textured annd uneven with slopes and it’s not an easy job fitting furniture. Claire was beyond helpful giving advice and so generous with her time planning it all.

Gabor and Roland arrived for another job and did that brilliantly and seamlessly but stayed longer to assess other rooms for complicated wardrobes and planned it all out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Solutions focused.

Gabor and Roland were on time, so polite and neat. Their work was excellent. Highly recommend the team at Creative Fittings. Thank you.
