SCAM Company. We paid Creative boxes over £1300 for boxes we needed (this was over a year ago) we have received nothing but deceitful emails and false promises. We have already left reviews in the past but after Creative boxes agreed to give us our money back we agreed to remove them. But once a scam artist, always a scam artist. I implore you to not make the same mistakes we did and keep your money far away from this money pit they call a "business".

Creative boxes were excellent to deal with. They quickly provided with a quote with graphic illustrations for an order in excess 100+ custom printed boxes which were going to be used to send out gifts to staff. I was kept up to date with the status of the order and any queries I had were met with a very quick response.
The quality of the boxes were brilliant.

Very clear, efficient communication, quick wit, great response.

My dealings with this company so far have been excellent, very efficient & polite in every step of the way.

I have now used Creative boxes for several years and every order has always been perfect and delivered on time. Any query that I had about design they very quickly helped & advised. Highly Recommend

DISSOLVED COMPANY – Avoid at all costs!

We ordered custom boxes from this company twice. In April 2024 the first order arrived but with half of the box inserts missing (750 items). They made us pay £180 to reship the missing items, even though it was their mistake. We begrudgingly agreed to pay £90 and eventually got the items in Feb 2025. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered for a second time in June 2025 with an updated design, even pointing out they would need to update the template with the new design, despite this they still printed the old design, and supplied poor-quality boxes. We’ve have been trying to resolve this for over three months with no success.
When preparing to take them to small claims court, we discovered that Creative Boxes Ltd was DISSOLVED in July 2025. Despite this, they are still trading under the same website and taking payments. We have reported this matter to Action Fraud for investigation, as trading while dissolved is unlawful.
They are not genuinely UK-based, and communication has been extremely poor. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Neha was very helpful and communicative, a box design upgrade that I hadn't thought of was suggested which ended up being really good for our products. They arrived in the time specified and we are happy with the quality.

Our expert Neha was fantastic, good knowledge, excellent communication. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 only because of a delivery issue, which wasn't Neha's fault, it took a while to get it sorted but the communication was great throughout meaning I didn't lose confidence or trust. Overall a great company.

A charming man named Sergio helped out. As I only had the size of a presentation box, I didn't think about the design. He helped me out by asking questions I didn't realize I needed, which was really helpful. Now I am all set and only have to wait for it to be delivered Thanks to Sergio.
