We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

absolute waste of time and no staff to communicate with in addition to refusal to respond to any email.
a simple DBS check which should have been completed within 48 hours if taking more than a week and having to complete questionnaire over and over by having to logging to website to communicate with unprofessional ONE STAFF PROBABLY. ASKING FOR REFUND TODAY TO AVOID FURTHER WASTE OF BUSINESS TIME
