Where to start- terrible service
Where to start? Frame delivered before agreed date, when I was not at the property (having been assured they wouldn't do that when I chased for confirmation of the order and delivery date - neither of which ever came). Went to my new house today to be greeted by angry neighbour -the idiot delivery driver had literally lent it leaning against his solid wood front door (no window). So when he opened the door, my bed literally fell on him. If it had rained, it would have all got soaked. No confirmation that it was delivered either. Thanks for ensuring I got a horrible intro to my new home, as if the move wasn't stressful enough. Now my new neighbour is angry with me, brilliant. Aaand the slats provided are for a single bed, not the double frame I ordered. Haven't opened the frame yet so let's hope that's right at least. Would strongly NOT recommend this company if you want great customer support to keep you updated - you won't get it here!

Customer service has been amazing.
Our frame was wonderful but had a small issue with our mattress.
We had help straight away and the issue was sorted within a few hours or getting in touch.
Will be back for future bed frames that we need.

Excellent service - I Had a little blip with the order (mattress out of stock but allowed me to purchase with the bed) however my email query was picked up quickly and dealt with by Hannah - who essentially managed to get the bed with a different mattress delivered and price difference refunded within 24 hours!
The bed looks great - a few little snags while putting together (screw holes with fabric or sawdust in / slightly misaligned hole in one place) but nothing major and considering the price of the bed I can’t complain - end result is just as per the picture & is solid / comfy so no complaints here. Great value & great service, thanks!

Great company. I order the wrong bed so followed the returns procedure which was well explained. Have a web chat with the advisor Hannah a few days later she was brilliant arranged for the correct bed to be sent rather then waiting for a refund to reorder. Bed has now now arrived and is good quality. I have a very happy daughter.

Ordered double bed 3 weeks ago, was given 2 delivery dates by 2 different delivery companies an took time off from work but no deliveries, Hannah advised my daughters bed would be delivered today but on XDP app just says no dates available- no faith in this bed arriving and will be contacting trading standards!! Do not purchase from this company

Follow on. I received ONE bed Not the TWO beds I ordered gosh no.
When asking about it why I only received one bed they came back and said it's been delivered with a picture of me and one bed. To my reply as you can see that just the one where is the second bed?
Really really bad communication In the sense broken replys, no real information. No contact number, even at request of asking for a number or for someone call me to discuss. Now I have to waste time trying to contact and get a reply on where the second bed is that I paid for.. or seek a refund if they cannot. Absolutely livid and disappointed. Not small amount of money eaither. Clearly this company is very hit and miss. But just isn't worth it if this is how they treat customers and lack of communication.
Will be going to trading standards if this isn't resolved.

BED NOT DELIVERED.
Ordered bed through b&q. Received emails stating bed has been dispatched. Have now received 3 emails stating a date and time the bed was going to be delivered, which all 3 days, after rearranging work commitments so I could be at home for the delivery, never showed.
Communication has stopped. I have reached out to the company and still haven’t received any information. A 2 year old is now sleeping on a mattress on the floor because of the first delivery date that was given, his old bed was sold. We are now 2 weeks of this going on. Disgusting.

Ordered bed. Delivery was for today between 13:30-15:30 no show. Considering I’ve had to leave my Dads bedside as he’s in intensive care I’m absolutely disgusted customer service / delivery.

Ordered a bed base with headboard .
I had a question after I had ordered and had an email response from them very quickly .
Delivery was surprisingly quick ( within 5 days ):
The quality of it is good - equal to anything else we have bought from other well known bed stores .
My only criticism would be with the delivery company - for stating a time slot but then delivering much earlier than that ( when I was not at home ). This change of time should have been communicated to me beforehand .
Other than that , I am very happy with the bedbase from Crazy Price beds and would order from them again .

So so impressed with our bed and even more so the customer service. My daughter purchased a four poster bed but when room was decorated unfortunately the fixtures were misplaced… nowhere to be found😢 I decided to give crazy beds a call explaining my dilemma,extremely helpful and within days a new set complimentary arrived. It is now up and back in use looking fabulous. 💯

Great customer service and true to name
The customer service experience is always above and beyond when contacting the Crazy Price Beds team, not to mention their competitive pricing, living up to their name. Recently, some of the slats that came with my bed had broken, and in contacting to confirm the size for me to purchase more, the team responded by sending me replacements, free of charge. I am very thankful and certainly plan to continue to use and highly recommend!

Buyers BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ Ordered a bed and 2 mattresses 2 weeks ago, 2 days after ordering the headboard and 2 mattresses arrived. Because this was a Friday and they don’t open weekends (also no contact number) I was assuming the rest of the bed which was missing, it would arrive Monday. A week later and still no bed. Hannah has advised she’ll knock 10% off this was on Thursday, emailed Friday and was ignored and again this morning so I have disputed payment as now I just want a refund and a collection as this is not ok to treat people like this. I don’t know of any company that don’t have a contact number or are not open weekends. My daughter cannot sleep on a headboard and had I have known this is how a paying customer would be treated I really would not have bothered. I don’t even believe Hannah is Hannah (if you know you know) .

I want to assure you that Hannah, Is one of our most experienced customer service advisors, she genuinely empathised with your situation and as such offered a 10% discount if given a little more time to resolve the issue for you. I can see Hannah has responded to you today at 11:37 am following your message at 10:29 am so please be assured you have not been ignored.
Hannah has already arranged for a collection (robots do not have the ability to do this), and ordinarily, a refund would have been promptly issued after the collection. However, due to the chargeback dispute raised this morning with your bank, all refunds must now be processed through the chargeback system, which unfortunately can take your bank up to 60 days to complete.
Rest assured, we will closely monitor the collection to ensure a swift resolution with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
