No response to emails. No phone number. Nothing delivered. Cancelled my credit card purchase.

This has been my worst web purchase experience ever, got one email on 1st June to say the goods had been dispatched and since then despite several requests nothing, no tracking info, no delivery and no reply, complete waste of time.

So far no camera lens, no response to my emails. I'm about to ask my credit card company to intervene.

Interestingly, when purchasing I emailed due to a payment problem and had a reply in minutes. Since payment I haven't had any replies at all from them.

I'll update this review with any changes, good or bad. So far, I would avoid this company like the plague.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I’m stuck with a camera that I do not want as they have cut off all communications.
I was told I would be getting instructions on how to return the camera but I haven’t received them and they are now blanking me.
Absolute disgrace!

Everything delivered quickly with good communication & brilliant price. Very pleased.

Very efficient service, equipment arrived in good time as per order.

Since being told that my order was being prepared on 8th May I have received no further communication from the supplier despite sending two E Mails requesting information on the progress of the order and then cancelling it. Needless to say I have not received the goods and there is a review on line stating this company to be operating a scam. I have referred the issue to Barclaycard

This is another website created by Instashot/Gabbys cameras who scammed me for over £2000

They scam people and when enough people post reviews etc they closed the site and open another. Funnily enough they keep the same hotel address to make themselves look like legitimate UK firm.

Check the terms and conditions or returns policy, seems on this new site they didn’t even bother with filling that part in like a genuine firm.

I know, from seeing other reviews, that there is concern about whether this company is genuine. It is.

I ordered a £2k lens on 30 April and received it in perfect condition on 12 May.

I'm only marking 4 stars as the web site is not very good, their communications are not as fluent or immediate as with many other internet sites, and delivery is a bit slow; However, the orders are being sent from abroad and when I did follow up the order by email I received relatively prompt and decent replies and UPS tracking information that worked fine.

This site might be for those with a nervous disposition, but it worked perfectly for me.

This is the same company as instashot-store.co.uk and gabby.co.uk who scammed me. Fortunately my credit card company recovered the funds for me.

The address is a hotel - not a genuine business address or warehouse.

Their previous scam company was GABBYS CAMERAS LTD - Company number 12616134 which is at the same address.

They don’t accept PayPal for a reason even though they advertise it.

Please don’t fall for the scam.
