I have been trying to get this spousal visa sorted for so long. Liam was put on my case and from the minute I started working with him I felt assured and confident that it would go seamlessly! Well with a few curve balls the Home Office threw at me and having Liam getting right on them they were rectified!! I would never use another firm but this one if you have a complicated case or even a simple one because the Home Office and UK visa process is a scary one you will NOT have sleepless nights because the firm is the best out there and especially ask for LIAM he is top notch !!! I've had the misfortune of dealing with Cranbrook Legal for 10 months, and it's been a nightmare. Mr. Ali's ex employee ms. Sana Ms.or Mr. Karina silva unprofessional, unresponsive, and harassing behavior has been appalling.
After my initial review, on true pilot Cranbrook Legal responded, promising to contact me. But, as expected, it's been a week, and I've heard NOTHING.

To add insult to injury, they've refused to refund my IHS payment, despite the Home Office refunding it 1 month ago.
Their lack of accountability, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Even small grocery stores exhibit more integrity and transparency.
*AVOID CRANBROOK LEGAL AT ALL COSTS*. They're a perfect example of how not to run a business.

Very good experience, despite never even meeting or seeing the lawyers (all on the phone or email). They were very meticulous in checking all our documents were complete, and my VISA got approved a month before what we even thought was the minimum waiting time.
