Found Crabtree & Crabtree very efficient & a pleasure to deal with. They answered a couple of questions at the booking stage very well, helped us find dogsitter options prior to our stay and resolved an issue within the property quickly on day 1. A very good service.

The company searched for appropriate accommodation for me, very quickly and were a great help. I've booked with them before, many years ago and only have good memories of quality accommodation on offer on their website.

Such an easy website to browse....booking straight forward with good customer service right up to and after your stay. C&C were professional and helpful throughout. They responded well and quickly to my queries and they kept me fully informed about the different stages of booking and arrival. (I still puzzle a bit over the legal relationship between the hirer, the owner of a property and C&C but in the event this did not cause any issues.)

The Neville Tower is a great place to stay. The views you get from the windows of the castle and the beach and sea are like looking at a living photo
The Tower has large comfortable rooms that are very easy to relax in
The access to the castle state rooms make the break even more special. We went round every day and you will always see something you've not noticed before.
When the castle is closed for the day you can walk round the grounds at an easy pace (absolutely loved it)
When we were there the House Hold Cavalry turned up (8 horses and riders) got some amazing photos of them
All in all an amazing place to visit and stay

C&C made it so easy to book the property-excellent selection of properties and website. Also follow up emails and service were outstanding. Very helpful team. Highly recommended

Crabtree have such wonderful properties, I think we've holidayed through them 4 times now and they have been so helpful when we needed to contact them. Their properties are very carefully selected and we can be certain of a good stay when booking with them!

As ever every bit of communication from Crabtree & Crabtree is extremely professional, friendly and clear. They reply to questions quickly and always show a nothing is too much trouble attitude. We have booked with C&C many times, and recommended them to lots of family and friends. They have an impressive selection of properties in beautiful areas and we love the interior styles and the quality that C&C displays.

The property information was accurate, and booking was straightforward. Emailed information arrived as expected. When I had a question about changing the linen at the start of the second week, it was really good to be able to speak to a human being in the office!

C&C were very helpful finding a house, and super efficient in every dealing we had with them. Highly recommended.

Searching the website was nice and easy and booking was clear. The house was a dream just as described on the site, the one thing that let it down was a lack of response whilst we were there from the office, we got a great response from the property team at Milne Graden itself, however.
