Terrible Management
I cannot speak to the efficacy of the CPAP machine sent to me from this website. It seemed to arrive promptly, but my order was incomplete and they didn't send the mask I had ordered. When I emailed and called, I was told numerous times that a mysterious supervisor was working with the warehouse on this issue and they would call me by the end of day with updates. Of course, this supervisor was not available on the phone lines and never communicated with me directly. Every day I was told I would receive an update, and every day nobody called me back. Eventually I cancelled the order and ordered the product from elsewhere. Will I ever get a refund? Seems unlikely from how things have gone so far. I could be convinced that this business is functionally nothing more than two poor minimum wage workers cooped up in a call center. It's pretty funny to me that anyone could run a business this way.
