This is a blatant scam. The product doesn’t resemble the pictures on the website at all. Getting a refund will not happen, your money has been taken and the scam is complete.
Do not even consider buying from them. They should be prosecuted for this but sadly it will not happen. A disgrace 😡
These shirts are advertised on other websites so same scammers catching more people.

This company charged my bank on Tuesday, 4days ago.My bank notified me of this pending transaction, which I reported to them that i didn't action it. I then spent 3full days requesting that this company Cancel whatever order was made & on Friday night, after multiple times emailing them to cancel this order, they've advised on Friday evening that they were sending the order... Now ive dealt with bad companies in the past & have been scammed alot, although for this company to continue to ignore my multiple requests to Cancel the order,was totally ignored, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM COZYSCITY, ITS A SCAM

Total scam! Do not buy from this seller. Item was printed fabric, very thin not thick wool. Arms very short. The image on the website looked so great a big chunky jumper. However, it must have been enhanced by A.I.

Very bad company to deal with. Its a scam, the shirt they send you is a cheap fabric printed with a blurry image. And when you take a picture of it it looks at what they advertise so if you complain it is very difficult to show in real the product you got. I wish I had read Trustpilot before purchasing from this company that pretend its American but in real its from China. Am still waiting for a refund after many message to them and they dont respond after a while.
My advice do not buy anything from them.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I received the shirt that was supposed to be embroidery on linen. The actual shirt was a bad print on polyester. Completely false - avoid at all costs.

This company is a complete scam. The shirts they sell look nothig like the photos and what they represent. Instead of an embroidered cotton shirt, it is a blurry image printed on cheap synthetic fabric and looks cheap and horrible. They refuse to accept returns and do not provide return postage. DO NOT BUY AS THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

A total scam! The website shows nice linen shirts with embroideries and you receive a synthetic shirt with ugly prints... To avoid absolutely

Shirts are 100% synthetic cheap printed, not at all like the images on their website.

My husband ordered a shirt that looked lovely on the picture and claimed to be embroidered. We received it today only to find a badly unfocused print on poor quality fabric. NOTHING LIKE THE PUCTURE OR DESCRIPTION.
A complete waste of money.

The cardigan i recived is absolutely nothing like the picture and description posted by this company it is nothing more than a cheap print on a foam liner absolutely disgusting save your money this is not something you want believe me I will now start the process on getting a full refund

This website is a scam. Today I received a printed floral shirt made from a bad quality synthetic material. When I emailed them, they offered me 20% refund of what I payed and that I could also keep the item or i would have to return the product at my own cost. After several emails, I referred it to PayPal who refunded me after I provided all the information and photos of the shirt I received.

Advertised as embroidered linen - A SCAM. received printed synthetic - Order COZ00007235 (placed 27 Jul 2025, delivered 14 Aug 2025). The shirt was advertised as embroidered linen, but what arrived was a thin printed synthetic with poor workmanship and wrong sizing. When I asked for a refund, the seller only offered a 20–30% coupon and insisted I pay to return the item to China (no UK return or prepaid label). I’ve raised a chargeback with my bank and been refunded. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying here.

This website is bullshit. The shirts are cheap prints on synthetic fabric.

Their “beaded and embroidered linen” shirts are cheaply printed images on disgusting synthetic fabric. And they won’t admit it. To get your money back you’ll have to pay to ship your items back to China. Who knows it you’d ever get any money back if you did. Dishonest. 100%!

Ordered 3 shirts that were marketed as embroidered linen and just received them. They’re a thin printed rayon and NOT embroidered linen. From my sample of 3 shirts, I’d say save your time and money. They’re not worth either.

After Massive Campaign on Instagram I made the mistake to order 2 shirts and 1 trousers. On the website you see the photos of the shirt with embroideries .. The photos are REALLY cool but as much as they are cool they are FAKE !! The shirts received are a VERY POOR print with NO embroideries at all !
Also size didn't match and I buy XL everywhere ALWAYS OK !!
I asked to return and of course ... NO RETURN POLICIES !

This is the ultimate case of false advertising. I saw some ads on Instagram for what looked like some cool boho style shirts and clothes . On the website they were described as made of linen with embroidery. I have just received them, and they are appallingly made synthetic fabrics, digitally printed (very poorly) with the design... an absolute scam and ripoff! I realise now that I fell for this exact scam some years ago, but the brand name was different. When I asked to return the items and get a refund they refused... and offered me a discount on future purchases! Totally outrageous and disgusting. I feel like such an idiot

This is fraud and they should be sued. Don't buy from this company. UTTER SCAM!
