AVOID THIS COMPANY.
They do not care about their tenants or their properties. They will try to stuff their properties with as many people as they can and when you object they will do it anyway because they can get more money. I do not know anyone who has got their deposit back from this company. Worst experience of my life.

They will use different names. Ravi, Roy are some of them. Do not give them a penny

Just moved out of a flat in Fulham. Ravi showed great communication and was very attentive.

Rented two separate properties from this company, both have been mouldy to the point that our books and bedsheets started to grow black spores. My partner and I were abused by one of our flatmates to the point that met police issued him with a caution, nothing was done, no questions asked despite the fact that we made them aware of ongoing issues. Ravi is absolutely useless. We have been waiting almost a month for our washing machine to be fixed, he conceded to us that we have been charged double for utilities (PAYG and making contributions from our rent). Every time we write to him about issues we’re having we receive automated responses. AVOID !!!!

Just moved out of an adorable HMO flatshare in Putney. 😍 Had a spacious, stylish room and loved the clean, cozy common areas. Great location too, right by all the essentials. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a fab place in Putney! ✨
