What is the company doing well, in one sense I don't know because it depends wholly on the sales person. the product is inanimate, but the sales person a Stuart Lockwood was real and genuinely interested in what I was after and with a non sales pitch approach, targeted not just at another potential sale but a real person and for that approach I give a heart felt thank you.
