The guy that called me today (Richard) was a very patient and courteous young lad. He waited while I tried to sort out my bank details on my phone,, technology and myself will never be friends,, he explained everything in detail and went over it twice to make sure I understood everything. He is a real credit to his company and a lovely young gentleman to converse with. He should do well in the company.

My chat with the customer service representative (Jabir) was very fruitful. This guy spoke in very plain language, he made me understand the policy clearly. Normally when you speak to some of these organisations they tend to speak quickly and fast making you to miss out a lot of useful information. This particular man took his time to break down everything to me and that is the reason I took this policy. As I speak to you now I’m covered instantly even though my direct debit will be taken at the end of this month (October). I was supposed to speak to two different insurance companies but there was no point to do that .

Very helpful and straightforward to sort out some life insurance

It's a good plan to have as your covered from day one unlike some other life insurance policies you have to wait a year or more before your covered. My sister died suddenly recently and we had to find over £5000 for her funeral she didn't have any life insurance it made me think how fragile life can be.

I was already covered with Legal and General, but it just didn't sit well with me that my policy ends at retirement age. He was extremely patient and explained everything to me. He really gave me peace of mind. I did not hesitate and now I am with Cover Today.
