Terrible.. they said they could beet my insurance that I was with so they done a search & came back with one 200 a month cheaper than who I was with.. I cancelled with company I was with costing me over a grand settlement… two days later cover my cab sent me a email saying the insurance cover they gave me would end on Tuesday gone for not having all the correct information on claims .. they run a check in you not me on my own.. as a result of this iv ended up with a 10 thousand a year comprehensive cover ! I’m fuming 😡 absolute joke there the pits ! Steer clear folks

When taking out a policy, all drivers are asked to disclose any claims or incidents from the past five years, whether they were fault, non-fault, or even for information only. This is a standard requirement across the insurance industry.
As discussed during the quotation, a CUE (Claims and Underwriting Exchange) check is carried out by the underwriter after the policy has been incepted. This check is used to validate the claims history provided. If any discrepancies are found, for example, claims not declared, this can lead to an additional premium being applied or, in some circumstances, policy cancellation, depending on the insurer’s terms and if this meets their criteria.
We completely appreciate how difficult this has been, especially with the impact on your previous insurance policy. If you'd like us to review your case in more detail, please do get in touch directly and will be happy to help.
