We would like to reassure you that refunds are processed in line with the policy terms and cancellation conditions agreed at the start of cover. If a refund is due, it is not refused, but calculated based on time on cover, insurer charges, and any applicable administration fees.

We can see from the reference provided that a refund was processed in accordance with the cancellation terms of your policy.

Absolutely frustrating

Directed to Sovereign Automated for accident aftercare and motility solution who have been absolutely disaster. I'm very frustrated with their service. I don’t know how they are connected to Cover my cab insurance. What interest works here.

Absolutely rubish company. Being with them, calliing every single day for about more than 3 weeks yet no outcome. One answers the phone, passes on to someone else who is one break, or not available putting me on hold. Eventually she/he is not available and others make a promise they would give me a call back later or next day for the update. But I never received a call back from them. I have not received my courtesy car yet. Poor accountability, poor customer service, very careless.

To clarify, Sovereign Automated Accident Aftercare is a third-party accident management provider. While they may be introduced as part of the accident aftercare process, they operate independently from Cover My Cab Insurance, and we do not manage their day-to-day service or communications.

That said, we absolutely recognise that this experience reflects poorly on the overall journey, and we’re sorry that expectations were not met. Lack of call backs, delays, and unclear accountability are not the standards we expect for our customers.

If you are still awaiting resolution, we would strongly encourage you to contact Sovereign Automated directly to escalate your case. Alternatively, you may contact our team so we can review the referral and raise concerns with the provider where appropriate.

You can also send this over to our customer engagement team and they can assist in getting this resolved for you.

We take feedback like this seriously and use it to review our partners and improve customer outcomes. Thank you again for raising this. As this is a rating is for Sovereign and not for CoverMy Cab, we kindly request that this be removed.
