Omfg!!! Are you fkm!!! I ordered 2 items...sherpa coat and cardigan....$109 US!!! I could've cried, for real!! I am disabled and that was a significant amount of $ for me!! I felt I deserved something nice for myself for my bday. So very sad! I should've just flushed that $ down the toilet!! I sent email and they offered 75% credit from their site!!! Wtf!!?? I responded with....I couldn't lower or demean myself to ever shop there again!! They responded back with some attempt to guilt trip me....about holiday times , good cheer, positive thoughts....ALL BLAH BLAH BLAH BULLSHIT!!!! Shysters I say...shameful Shysters!!!

I ordered an aviator jacket.
What i got was something they made themselves to look like an aviator jacket. No labels. They did not send what i ordered.
They have offered a 75% in store credit because they claim the item was on sale. I cant believe they think i would want anything in their store. Beware

Do NOT order from this company. They do not send you a confirmation email with the order number (so screen shot if you do order) and they do NOT provide a package slip with the order so you still have no order number. The Phone number is a FAKE and you have to email to try to get the item returned. They claim they can not find the order even after you provide the credit card statement, date of purchase and full name and address and the emails they send pretending to try to help ask the same questions over and over. They make it impossible to try to return the items. I am having my credit card company help me dispute. The WORST company I have every dealt with.

Really cheap clothing with NO labels on any items. Return policy is that they won't take back anything that is on sale!!!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. This company, located in China, is terrible. I paid $65 to return the item and never received my payment back. Finally, I was able to manage it despite this issue.

I ordered a 3x and I unfortunately didn’t try it on for several weeks. Turns out it was too small for my sister who is a size small. Sizing is waaaay off

The claim to have free returns and show as a US company. What they don't tell you is that if you have to return you have to pay to ship back to China. I would give it one star but they did offer me a 90% credit for my return. I ordered additional items and recieved but the quality was subpar and did not look like what was pictured at all. Never again.

I ordered a heavy sherpa lined long jacket. What I received was a short jacket, two thin pieces of fabric sewn together. One somewhat resembling sherpa but falling to pieces. Horrible company.

Awful company, Do not order bootleg small items from china,cant get refund items fit small boy but ordered mens size
