Yoga and Ayurveda online school is very thorough. After taking the online training, I feel very confident in my ability to lead effective yoga classes. My assignments were always returned in a timely manner and the feedback was very encouraging. I will be continuing with Yoga and Ayurveda online training for the 300 hour.

The content and support were excellent! Also,I love having the entire course on my computer for easy reference. I also loved the option to finish the training at my own pace. I have wanted to get my 200 hours for years, but haven't been able to find the time required to do it in person. Although I have been teaching yoga for years, this training has equipped me in so many ways to be a better teacher!

I have taken several trainings with Online Yoga School including certifications in the 200 hour, 300 hour, Yin, Advanced Yin, Restorative, Chair and Ayurveda Specialist. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every training with Steph and her lovely group of instructors. An excellent affordable online option for anyone who would like to teach yoga or learn more about yoga for their own personal benefit. I am very grateful for the opportunity to take these trainings.

Nothing went wrong. This just was a hard format for me. I would have benefited from an in person/live component as the online model was difficult for me. I am glad I took my time and did not rush this experience, that was a helpful component

I enjoyed the program thoroughly. Not only was it very user friendly, but I was able to complete at my own pace. The modules were very laid out and I gained a much deeper understanding of what it means to be a yoga teacher.

The training, materials and library of resources are comprehensive. There is depth in the training and it flows in a smooth order. It is a positive learning experience and I now have a vast amount of resources at my finger tips. Well done Steph and crew! I felt supported and nurtured through the training.

I loved to be able to do the course in my own speed, especially when I got very sick during my studies, but no problem, I could continue when I was ready again. It was great to have a forum where I could share thoughts, and questions with other students. And also, if the forum couldn't provide was you were looking for, the school was ready to answer email. I think the service and suppoert was wonderful. I think the content was very good and extensive. That we got a module about yoga equity was great! All yoga teacher trainings should have that. I warmly recommend this yoga school.

I loved the experience and enjoyed the training even more than I expected. The programme is well designed and deepen in all aspects. The team is very supportive and you always get quick replies, Steph’s knowledge is impressive. However, what I liked the most is the strong focus on inclusivity and accessibility at the end it is what Yoga is about. I cannot wait to start the 300 hour and I would recommend it to everyone.

The Online Yoga School was an excellent experience for me overall. This Course is amazing because of the organization, ease of the site and excellent teaching modules with text and video by and of Steph Ball-Mitchell and her amazing crew. Put forth is all of the content you need to progressively learn and practice. There are recorded webinars for any questions you may have regarding the information that you are learning. This was amazingly helpful in my journey forward with Yoga. You really see first hand the effort, passion, and experience of the Yoga Teachers. I would highly recommend this Yoga program to anyone interested in becoming a Yoga instructor and give this course the highest praise.

The Online Yoga school was an excellent experience. The website is very easy to navigate and is very well laid out. There is so much content and information on the site. You can feel how much effort and you tell the experience of the yoga's instructor history of Yoga. There are a ton of pdf attachments that accompany the videos which is very a nice touch, it allows you to have access in a written form as well. I would highly recommend this Yoga program to anyone interested in becoming a Yoga instructor or if they would like to learn and experience Yoga.

My 200 hour online yoga teacher training with Online Yoga School was a wonderful experience! A very comprehensive course, that allows you to work at your own pace and therefore take the time to delve deeper into particular subjects as you choose. Very each to use online learning system, excellent content, well-planned assignments, quizzes and projects ensured a complete learning experience. All at a cost that is literally thousands of dollars less than an in-person training.

An updated and down to earth yoga teacher training that will challenge and motivate you in many ways!

I recommend this training to new and experienced yoga teachers who want to add knowledge, deepen their practice, and become aware of important topics like inclusion and equity.

Words will never sufficiently express my gratitude to my teachers from the Online Yoga School for everything I have learned and all of the resources they have made available for such a low price. The course is comprehensive, and support is available every step of the way. I feel so blessed that I found a school and teachers that truly wish to make yoga accessible to all. There are so many wonderful modules on everything from cueing to trauma informed yoga. The modules offer very clear instructional videos and downloads students can go back to again and again. Students have a variety of options for learning, including live Zoom sessions. I especially appreciated the materials from Dr. Mary Hart on the science of yoga and its benefits. But the best thing about this yoga school is the genuine kindness and humility of the instructors, whose knowledge is extensive, broad and deep. My sincerest thanks to Steph, Melissa, and all of the teachers. I believe you are making a difference in the world of yoga by preparing teachers who are not elitists, not competitive, but who understand the value of yoga to all of humanity, teachers who are prepared to offer classes to people of all ages and fitness levels with a variety of challenges, teachers who will welcome their students as they are and who will encourage self-acceptance. Thorough self-paced class allows you to work around a busy schedule yet get a full and in depth experience.

I am a recent gradute of Yoga and Ayurveda school online. I am especially happy about this as I thought it would never happen. I am extremely hearing impaired and it was too much to attend a live training. I tried a 3 day Restorative class and I only heard about 50% of the training. My handicap is invisible and people forget. So I found this online option later on and it was life changing. Not only could I go at my own pace, I get to keep the whole thing for life. I can refer back to anything in this outstanding offering. It was comprehensive and very interactive. The customer service and interaction with the owner and instructors was over the top! I mean they hold your hand and awnser any questions. If you are looking for a superb, learn from home training at a very affordable price you have found your tribe. I would do it all over again, not one problem. One of the best online experience I have ever had.

The culture and content of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training was so supportive and well rounded. Steph and her staff are impressively knowledgeable as well as helpful. I felt like I learned so much, and the self pace was fantastic. I will be continuing to take classes from the school and am honored to be a part of the school.

This training was amazing! I went in hesitant about an online yoga training & how much I could get from it, since it is not in person. I decided to take a chance because it is affordable & allowed me to move at my pace & not have to take time off work to pursue my passion. This training exceeded my expectations, the way the sections are broken up & all of the information it provides is well thought out, complete, & informative! I am grateful for Steph & everyone who helped put this training together. There are some spelling errors & the formatting isn’t the most seamless but all the information is there & made me feel like I got an in person experience. I love that there are modules from previous zoom calls going over questions from those who are/have taken the training.
