The best decision I've made after researching so many YTT courses. Steph, founder & lead tutor and her inspiring teachers deliver such beautiful & authentic learning in such a warm, passionate way through videos, live classes, weekly teaching practice opportunities, online classes, discussion groups & so much more.. The 200hr YTT is a self paced module based programme, that is packed with so much holistic learning that will really prepare you to teach whilst learning the true roots of yoga. I loved the in-depth philosophy learning and sequencing modules, you will learn the art of how to sequence classes, to me this is so important to keep my students safe. I am based in the UK and would receive support promptly, the encouragement and feedback is second to none) Cannot praise this school enough, I have signed up for my 300 hr straight away and will commit to many more.. Thank you so much to Steph & the school community.

I took the online 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training. The learning materials are very clear, there are videos, that make the learning very easy to follow. The instructors are very helpful, and you get the answer fast. The Online Yoga Studio is excellent! I feel ready to teach yoga, and I highly recommend that you take this course if you are interested to teach yoga!

I loved this training! It was so informational and covered many important topics. I also appreciated that I could take this at my own pace, which I really needed with my work schedule. This helped me to finally meet my goals of completing my 300 hour! There are many opportunities for support and many options for completing different assignment like live training hours. Tech and administrative help was also responsive for any questions I had about the platform or clarifications on assignments. I would absolutely recommend!

This was a very helpful course and more so easy to manage. The only thing that was a bit difficult was telling between which things were mandatory and not mandatory to submit.

Highly recommend that you take this yoga teacher training. The price, community, and free extra course work you get a great value and they really care about you as a student. The feedback is really motivating and personal to you because they want you to succeed on your journey. After researching which training to take I feel like I made the right decision as yoga teacher.

I enjoyed my Yoga Training from Steph and her team so much. It was exactly what I wanted in my experience. Steph is a great mentor. She gives you the confidence you need to be the best you can be. I would do this over again and I would recommend it. I felt supported along the way and enjoyed every moment of the experience. My literal only complaint is that some of the audio in the videos is low. Three cheers for the amazing woman running this, thank you Stephanie!

This was a comprehensive teacher training program. The course was packed with resources on understanding yoga history and philosophy, teaching asanas, sequencing classes, and creating an inclusive yoga practice. The videos were all very helpful, the quizzes and exams really helped to reinforce as well as test knowledge, and the assignments left me feeling 100% ready to teach my first class. The webinars, while optional, also provided wonderful additional information and answered many of the questions I had during training, yet if I ever had a question or concern, Steph or a member of her team were quick to respond with help and support. If anyone out there is questioning whether an online teacher training program is "worth it," my answer in this case is YES. And be sure to take advantage of the incredible online studio classes - they will make you a better teacher, a better practitioner, and a member of a terrific online yogi community!

The 250h online Yoga teacher training was a really great experience for me and exceeded all my expectations. Before starting the online teacher training I was sceptical if it was the right format for me as I always preferred in-person meetings. I also wondered how it would work out to study the asanas online. After completion of the training I can say: Steph and her team created a very comprehensive and interesting teacher training that allowed me to get familiar with Yoga philosophy, anatomy, chakras and bandhas, asanas, sequencing and other important issues such as racism in yoga classes or in the yoga world in general. If you are interested to dive deeper into certain subjects, further reading is offered. It also helped me a lot to do all the exercises which included to study yoga poses in detail, thinking about their anatomic and energetic benefits but also about possible injuries that need do be prevented when doing the poses. Additionally, working through the sequencing exercises helped me a lot to understand how to plan a class properly. Now, I am much less anxious about creating a sequence for other persons.
The study dashboard is easy to navigate and I enjoyed the structure of the training. I took my time to finish the training and to get familiar with the asanas.

This is an excellent course with a lot of information and great advice. I really enjoyed it. Sometimes I studied for hours before I realise the time. There is a lot of work and study involved in becoming a yoga teacher, so be prepared to work hard and take as much information out of this course as you can ...... excellent instructors and demo content.

The school is amazing, informative, easy to follow. I really enjoyed all the sections and looking forward to furthering my studies with them. Communication is also on point.

The Yoga Alliance was recommended to me by a Yoga/Pilaties studio owner who encouraged me to get my Yoga License during Covid. With this recommendation I enrolled, met Steph and her cast of educators and Yogis online on the modules. They are all vibrant, engaging, and well versed on their content. The class was so well rounded, there were so many great modules I will go back to for reference for many years to come. I feel like I have the tools and the creative freedom to build my Yoga Journey the way I envision it. I may be the creative force behind what I do, they equipped me with the tools. My biggest lesson during this process: I had several set backs and completing this process took me much longer than expected. I put finishing this program on my 2023 vision board (my kids and husband saw it there), and I did it right before 2024! Steph believed in me, and that was the voice that sparked my movement in the right direction...forward. I am so happy she saw the light in me, I will forever be grateful!
