Tried to contact this company on the phone number they advertise - it does not work. Found a mobile number which was answered. Asked why they were so difficult to get hold of and was told "Oh Ok". I explained that I didn't have a Paypal account and had difficulty buying on line. Was told they only use Paypal, I explained that their website said you can use a credit card if you don't have Paypal and that the situation didn't fill me with confidence as a customer. The man said - you sound critical and go somewhere else. He then put the phone down.
Avoid this place unless you want non existent customer service. So pleased I have not parted with my money!

Wish i'd seen these reviews before making a purchase. Purchase accepted, paid through paypal - although I no longer have a Paypal account. Next day told paypal were going to refund my original payment method - still waiting and unable to reach Country Interests. Number advertised is not recognised and have had no response to email enquiry as to why cancelled my order with no explanation let alone to check my refund on the way. Annoying.

Ordered a peltor ear protector. Used PayPal thankfully. No communication at all from countryinterests. Then got a refund the next day via PayPal. No explanation whatsoever. I’ve got my money back at least. Avoid

Same as others - no contact from emails or website after 7 days. Escalated through PayPal for a refund.

This business is a sham and should be struck off.. complete waste of time and money!!

terrible experience - ordered a skeet vest, received confirmation of order then complete silence. No answers via online message, email and their phone line seems to be disconnected. had to file a case with PayPal to attempt to get my money back.

Not a good experience. Ordered a cap, heard nothing for 6 days so sent an email asking if it had been shipped. 15 minutes later the order was refunded with an automated message saying out of stock, no apology. Would they have refunded had I not emailed? Disappointing.

Ordered a Jack Pyke Ashcombe jacket 5 days later refunded not in stock...
Website still has it on sale nothing from company 7 days to get money of paypal now pending in account JOKE better of going some where else...

Purchased three Peltor ear defenders, paying in £300 plus. Order confirmed on 23/11/23, and email received confriming it was being processed.

Email from Paypal saying the payment has been restored in full on 28/11/23. Nothing from the company.

Should have read reviews first....

Placed my order and recieved order confirmation but nothing further. I tried to call but no answer, by this time the penny had dropped checking Trustpilot just confirmed it, a majority having similar experiences (someone more cinical might question a five star review).
Fortunatley I used Paypal so immediatley raised it with them, emailed twice through Paypal a week later still no reply and surprise surprise as soon as I escalated with Paypal the next day a refund appeared.
These sort of companies depress me, with all the analytics available these days companies should be monitored and not allowed on payment platforms if they fail basic customer service levels.

Having waited for my order (a birthday present), the only acknowledgement I got was an email stating that my order had been received. I waited patiently but after 7 days emailed them through their website.
I then heard after 9 days from PayPal and then an email from them that my item was out of stock.
Very poor customer communications & service and will never use again.

Have recently made my second purchase though this website I feel compelled to write a review.
Country Interests have gone above and beyond what I would expect from a company’s customer service.
I ordered the incorrect boots, contacted their customer service team. Not only did they support me in exchanging the boots but also gave some practical, honest advice on other items I enquired about.

I ordered and paid for the Jake Pyke Fieldman boots and Country Interest sent the Jack Pyke Tundra boot. Their web site provides a contact phone number which when rang gives invalid number. I used all Country Interest emails given on their web site and unfortunately they did not responded to any communication sent. I repeatedly sent emails asking for the correct boots to be sent to me. Fortunately I paid Country Interest through PayPal and consequently raised my issue with them. Within a couple of hours of raising the issue with PayPal I did get a response from Country Interest requesting I send back the incorrect boots and if they received them in good condition I would get a refund. I insisted that I would not fund the return of the incorrect boots and eventually their courier picked up their mistake and PayPal has refunded my money. Country Interest has a good website with a good range of quality products, unfortunately, their customer service needs addressing.

Placed an order for an item, money was deducted from my bank account, but no item ever shipped. Emailed customer service multiple times with no answer. Money has not been refunded. Such poor customer service is indistinguishable from a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had to return a pair of boots as leaking, and it was handled easily and promptly, many thanks.
I can see some negative feed back and I did struggle to get in touch with the right person so maybe this needs looking at, I had no reply from the web site form but did from the sales team.

Was interested in buying a jacket, sent a very simple, short inquiry email to the address provided (twice) and received no reply. Bought it elsewhere.

This company ticks all the boxes and some!

Placed an order at the beginning of January with delivery expected between the 15th and 18th. Item didn't arrive and first chased them on 18th as tracking still showing 'delivery expected ' company came back stating it was still out for delivery but to wait another day. Chased again yesterday and suddenly informedl it was delivered on the 8th!!!!. Well that doesn't make sense does it? Surely they would have known that when I chased them three days ago on the 18th? Crux is I'm now £133 down and have had a succession of the most blunt, inpersonable and rude emails from customer service team. They have now produced a picture of a document with an X aa a signature stating delivery i
which let's be honest means nothing and it most definitely, categorically , 100% has not been delivered to me! There's not even so much as an apology or concern that the goods haven't been received. Nor any offers of help, just a blunt 'we're not issuing a refund'. Emails dont arrive until 7 to 10pm, the excuse is that they have furloughed staff who are now working flexible working hours...hmmm I'm not a furlough expert but I'm not sure this is how it works?
Anyhow, just a heads up that I wouldnt use Country Interests if you want any interest from customer service. Although thier website looks extremely professional aspects of this business would appear not match this image. Interestingly I see other reviews stating issues around refunds and attitude changes if a problem arises. Such a silly attitude for any business to have.

This site has everything, I emailed after advise on new clothing. I ordered a jacket & trousers and they were delivered within 48hrs. They really understand about country pursuits and are not just there to sell you the most expensive item. Fully recommended.

Placed an order - had confirmation of order acceptance- only to have it cancelled 3 days later and a refund took a week
