Got a tractor for sons birthday with a trailer. Ordered one then got email saying it was out of stock so had to change, then tractor came without parts for thr trailer said they'd send them out that was December weve emailed and rang but to no avail its now May.

Order came in two days. Absolutely love it. Thank you

Brought kramp tractor paint online and arrived recorded delivery with DPD to Northern Ireland a couple of days later. No issues good communication would use again and recommend. Thank you for good service.

Avoid !!!! Brought a spreader online Waited 5 weeks for it then eventually got a email saying it’s not in stock it will be in 3 weeks still nothing !! Got a refund then. Would not recommend

Asked country farm supplies to order a jacket for me . Jason was very helpful indeed. Got a text when my jacket arrived. Excellent service and the jacket is top quality. Would highly recommend.

Im not sure why this company has poor reviews, I put an order in and it was delivered 2 days later. Considering it came from Ireland, I think that's brilliant. Product is Rezult scour mix x 12. Price was fair and the only scour mix that works on my goats. 5 stars all round.

Very poor service from country farm supplies. I got an email saying they despatched 2 jfc calf feeder I ordered online on the 18th of February and I still haven't recieved them almost a month later. When I was talking to country farm supplies thay said they would look into it and get back to me which they never did. I've been sending emails and trying to ring the shop looking for an update and no one is replying or answering the phone. I would avoid buying anything from these lads Very poor at communicating to the customer and they are selling stuff online that they dont have in stock themselves

AVOID!!! Ordered ritchey gel. Received net tex agri gel. After a long time waiting on dispatch I had e- mailed to confirm that the gel I wanted was still available to be told yes it was. (It obviously wasnt) In addition to this I received 2 different delivery dates . Absolute shambles of a company. I will definitely not be using again.

Ordered a kaiwaka bib and brace on a Monday and still haven’t received it for nearly 2 weeks, bit of a joke won’t be ordering off again

I bought wet gear, it was advertised as breathable, but there not breathable, for the price of them I though they would be better

Just dont be in a hurry to get anything delivered. Ordered a milk smock on 17 Feb and no sign of it yet and its March 1st. Second time ordering with a very long waiting time.

Poor communication trough emails I was sending with late reply back also the purchases I ordered it took 4 weeks to deliver so I won't be ordering anything for a long time to come

Ordered a kids ridge line fleece on the 8th of December! I emailed wondering when it would be shipped and got a reply on the 20th of December saying once they receive it they will prioritise shipping as soon as possible. That was two months ago, very disappointed as it was a Christmas present and have heard nothing since.

I ordered a pair of overalls and gloves, got the confirmation email after 2 weeks nothing arrived so i emailed them twice got no reply so i started a live chat and again no agent available. So i messaged them on tic tok and got an reply, the reason i hadn’t received my order was they hadn’t the size in the overalls.. ok could you not of told me that.. so they tell me they have a size up and would I expect that and that he would sent via dpd with the gloves the next day.. i excepted the size up as i was just sick of it at this stage.. that was 5 days ago and still nothing has arrived.. shocking customer service shocking experience avoid avoid avoid.. i live in Dublin and I’m seriously thinking of driving down to cork to confront them in person… they obviously don’t care about the customer.
