Just full of dreadful excuses for non shipment of a family member's order... so far 5 phone calls to chase them up and their so called manager promised to mail me the courier and tracking information so I could track the order but that turned out to be a bit of a fib too 🤥 still waiting for the email and still trying to summ
on up the energy and enthusiasm to call them back to chase up their latest failing !🙄

Just avoid these people unless you enjoy spending time on the phone being fobbed off about delivery dates...

Pathetic service... don't say I didn't warn you !

Bought a lovely coat which is smart and exactly what I wanted. Service is spot on and packaged well and no creasing brilliant.

I have bought lined woollen trousers over several years. I may be tough on them but the lining tends to split at the seams; otherwise they are good and remain looking good. Other unlined trousers have been very good and fit me well.

Always excellent service, speedy delivery of well made clothes. Any problems, which are very rare, are resolved quickly with no fuss and refunds or replacements if required are quick to arrive. Highly recommended and trustworthy company.

Usually quite a high standard for clothing, but Armchair covers are a different question. Very light in weight with a backing that does not cling to the chair, no weight to keeo the cushion or chairside covers in place. Work much better inside out which looks crazy

This company offers quality clothing and provides really excellent customer service. Sadly, the goods I purchased did not suit me so I had to return them, but the return service was more than first class! I posted a parcel to them on Friday afternoon and by Tuesday morning my account had been fully reimbursed. They do not deserve any adverse reviews.

Excellent people to communicate with. A real person answers the phone and is very helpful and understanding. My jumper was slightly damaged in the tumble-dryer. They provided a postage-paid return envelope and replaced it quickly and with no quibbling or any cost to me.
