I love this brand!
I love this brand!! They have the best sleep wear items and outfits that are so comfy and nice to lounge in. I needed to get a different size in a pair of shorts and customer service was fast and friendly! I buy CouCou for all my girlfriends. It’s such a great gift!!

After a mixup with my order, they did more than enough to make it right! Really good and responsive customer service, honestly the best I've had. Just a tip though, they are definitely more responsive on insta than on email!

Absolutely love this brand! Everything I bought was very comfortable and the fit is perfect. The quality was what really sold me, so soft and well made which hasn’t always been easy for me to find, and the service is excellent. So glad I found Cou Cou!

Great and unique products, would purchase again
I have ordered from them to Canada a few times now; their products are beautiful quality, wash well, and they use sustainable fabrics (primarily organic cotton, I prefer the Pointelle collection). I have bought some ‘dupes’ that were cheaper but the quality was just not the same. I have had problems with orders, mostly shipping issues; however, they have resolved any issues with my orders in what I feel is fair and in a timely fashion. Although their products are not cheap, their quality in my opinion is worth it. I will continue to purchase directly from their website in the future even if it takes longer to make it to my country as I trust and appreciate their kind customer service.

Awful return service
Awful return service. I sent back the bras bc they were super tight ($250 of product) received a return confirmation, mailed the bras and emailed them following up, never heard back. Never received a refund. Now I have to contact my bank to initiate a charge back. Total SCAM

Issues with return
Like others, I had an issue when I needed to return products that were sized incorrectly. After obtaining a return authorization, I mailed the items back and did not hear back. No reply via email after multiple reachouts. Have to contact my credit card company for chargeback.

Don’t bother if you might need to…
Don’t bother if you might need to return or exchange. The products themselves are amazing but the customer service is awful. No one ever gets back to you unless you reach out on instagram which is odd. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for a return and had originally tried disputing it but was told the return wasn’t going through because of the dispute so I had to cancel that. Did it and still no refund. Reached out, and they didn’t have a clue. Reached out about 3 more times and still no answer or refund. Actually ridiculous and a bit scammy.

Zero customer service, incomplete order delivered
It's very sad and unprofessional that they still can't reply to my email for over a month and a half and after reminding them with a second email. Some of the stuff were not delivered in the order (they had an offer on their website - order a product and get a pointelle scrunchie as a gift, which they never delivered to me).
