Cosy Garden Rooms Ltd Bewertungen

When we decided we would like a garden room, we took a long time choosing the best company for us. After many years renovating our house, we did not want to see another can of paint or sanding paper! We chose Cosy Garden Rooms, and we are so chuffed we did. The team are courteous, professional and very helpful. The build was incredibly fast but without compromising quality. We love our new room and would certainly recommend Cosy Garden Rooms :)

This company did exactly what it said on the can. Even when a mistake occurred, it was rectified the same day which in my books raised their competency to a level deserving of five stars. Would highly recommend them. All young, polite and cheery, not a cus word in hearing range. A credit to the company.

I did a lot of research and thinking about what type of garden room I needed but found few suppliers that offered a full ‘turnkey’ service. Cosy Garden Rooms do it all for you, and rare these days, with both a professional and personable staff.

From start to finish, working with Cosy Rooms was excellent. Great designs, flexible approach and first rate build quality. Can't fault them. We now have a new classroom! Thanks

Their design process was the real edge CGRs had over their competitors that we approached. A thorough site visit from an experienced designer helped us to come up with new ideas that ultimately improved the final garden room we now how. Other site visits were very basic; taking measurements to ensure the room would fit. The whole construction process was very efficient and barely needed my input (although being able to WFH make it much simpler - something to consider if you won’t be able to be present for construction). The final build quality is fantastic and we are very happy with the work done by CGR.

Amazing service and experience from start to finish. Initially meeting with Mark do discuss our requirements, we spent over an hour together going through options and discussing whats best for us. Cosy Garden rooms offer bespoke rooms to fit and style with your garden, we had an unused bit of the garden which was an odd shape. Mark was able to discuss how we could utilise it, maximising the space and giving us something that fit for us.

We went ahead with the work and every representative of the business was brilliant, they arrived early morning and got to work, so tidy and professional throughout. The pod was built within days, electricians came out to fit the lights, sockets etc. and then the decorator. It was a seamless experience and we’re so pleased with what we’ve got and the way it was done. The quality is fantastic!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cosy Garden rooms to anyone looking to have a pod of any size built.

Our experience with this company was great at every step, from first phone call, a site visit, design quote & build. Mark provided a really bespoke design based on our need and location.
The guys who came to build our office couldn't have been a nicer group to have around for a few days.
All-round great service and very happy with the result.

TL; DR summary - they are brilliant, amazing product, I was listened to every step of the way, just book them.

If like me a couple of months ago, you are looking for quotes for a garden room you’ll know how many companies are out there, all trying for the same thing. I came across Cosy from a Google search and I’m so glad I did. Nottingham based, but I’m in Manchester and although they travel I would never have known: they were far more prompt and accessible than any local contractor.

From the outset, I felt that what they offered was about me, rather than trying to fit into some set products. They listened. The solutions Mark offered both on the phone and later on site were creative and perfect. I have ended up with a garden room that I really wanted, and not a “closest fit it will do”

On site, I can’t tell you how easy the team are to work with. They are the politest and most considerate contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of having in my home. The attention to detail was second to none, and the end result is nothing short of stunning.

Something that made the difference to me were that they are a one stop shop. I didn’t have to get a concrete base, flooring company, decorator or electrician in: Cosy sorted all of that out whilst giving me full control over the look and finish. There are therefore no arguments between contractors because these teams always work together and clearly have time and respect for each other. Everything was timed together, no delays, just a few days from start to finished and I simply had a key and a building ready to move in to.

I found them highly competitively on price, and very transparent when it came to pricing. The quality of the build is fabulous. I genuinely believe I have a better product than the other more expensive companies I was looking at (although I guess I’ll never know), but more importantly I’ve got the garden room that I wanted, rather than one that some random company wanted to build because it suited them.

Thanks to all of them, but particularly Andy and Mark who I had most dealings with, and I wish them every success in the future.

I would highly recommend COsy Garden Rooms. From the initial discussions with Mark, to coming up with a bespoke design that works for us to the finishing touches, their professionalism and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. Of all the people I have worked with in the past on various projects, these guys are a cut above. The finish of the workmanship is outstanding but most importantly they respect your home. Every evening they left our garden looking like it hadn’t been touched. If you’re thinking of having a garden room you couldn’t find anyone better.

From Mark properly discussing our needs to Dean and Andy’s excellent team during construction, I can’t fault Cosy Garden Rooms.

Feels like a proper permanent building as opposed to a garden room.

Everything was built to the proposed schedule with no delays, communication was excellent and the cost reasonable for what we’ve ended up with.

I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a garden building.

We absolutely love the space, now just to see if my wife and I can actually work in the same building together!

The whole process was flawless. The entire team were extremely efficient and highly professional. The quality of the build is outstanding. A pleasure to work with.
Thoroughly recommend Cosy Garden Rooms.

Many thanks to Cosy Garden Rooms for our great new garden office!

Mark was very patient, answering my questions and adjusting our quote through many, many different versions. Mark and Andy managed to figure out a way to work around our access issues to the rear garden, carefully measuring doorways etc and even offering a different base type as concrete wasn't possible.

Extra special thanks to James and the installation team who were outstanding. Working tirelessly through a heatwave and very carefully moving all materials through our house. Really nice bunch of guys too. They helped make the install as stress free as we could have hoped for!

Excellent service from start to finish nothing was too much trouble.
Everyone was very helpful and polite.
Would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a brilliant set of guys! The garden room is just fantastic. Dean and his team have done an amazing job, they really care about every detail and making everything perfect. I had a number of very specific requirements, and they were very patient and made sure that it was all done. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Totally Awesome possible Time Travellers.
They REALLY care. Back in the “good old days” tradesmen took great pride in their work, but today you’d be hard pressed to find this.
CGR from start to finish, from design to final cleaning up, were superb.
Offering useful suggestions (all to my benefit, not theirs) regarding size, heating, build, electrics, WiFi, colours….. everything was carefully thought out.
In execution of the build..well, they worked their socks off!
Every member of the team was polite and thoughtful.
My friends and family are amazed at the final results, with many offers to sleep out in it or to consume a friendly glass or two of gin within its walls!
Top marks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cosy Garden Rooms have recently installed a 4 by 3 building we will use initially as a workshop.

Throughout the process, every member of the team, from the initial contact at the workshop in Langley Mill to the decorator, was pleasant, efficient and interested in providing what we wanted. We were not rushed at the design stage; we were helped to explore options.

Although the site wasn’t straightforward, they saw solutions not problems. We now have a flexible working/leisure space, built to a high standard, to enjoy. The team kept to the timetable set out at the beginning. They were respectful of our property and worked tidily – even our neighbours were impressed.

Based on our experience, we’re happy to recommend.

From start to finish this company worked so hard and so well together very polite people very clean and most important the garden cabin and veranda looks amazing hats off to the decorator whose work is of excellent standards

Thank you we will get some peaceful chilled days in our retirement years

We cant recommend Cosy Garden Rooms enough. Absolutely fantastic customer service, prompt, polite, clean contractors and a quick and absolutely fantastic final product. We are over the moon with our new space. The quality of the Garden Room has exceeded our expectations. All of our friends and neighbours are equally impressed with the product, service and contractors.
Love to support local business too all manufactured on site in Nottingham and Derbyshire.

I did a fair amount of research before committing to a garden room but it is well worth it.
It has released so much space in our house.
The other companies we looked at didn't give us that warm feeling, the prices were more or less comparable, some were way more expensive and there were cheaper options too but this felt right and with them being fairly local helped with our decision and we wasn't disappointed.
Cosy Rooms were very accommodating.
I changed my mind on quite a few things throughout such as position of the unit, size of the unit, number of sockets etc but Mark was cool about the alterations and re-sent quotes and designs accordingly without fuss.
The whole process was seamless, they turned up when they said they would which is a blessing these days, the lads left the garden clean and tidy every day even throughout the terrible rain on 1 of the days.
The unit looks great inside and out.
Special mention to the team that built it, Jamie, Jamie and James.....yeah that's right, great bunch of lads, professionals throughout.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cosy Garden Rooms.

Just had a 5x4 m Cosy Garden room.
This is a fantastic quality product with attention given to detail ,installed by a professional & efficient friendly team.
It has been a pleasure to watch the process & see our design come together …
Thankyou to ALL the cosy garden room team - we cannot recommend you highly enough 😊
