Costacoffee 

My regular place for coffee is Twickenham. Since Barista by the name of R.P transferred from different branch at Twickenham London Road.whenever he is on afternoon shift when you enter the shop around 17.00 hrs he will shout at customers “ TAKE AWAY CUPS ONLY” and “TOILET CLOSED” even though the closing time is 18.00hrs .
This is unprofessional attitude no compassion and his excuse is there are only 2 staff and it’s not enough. Not welcoming at all. He closes part of the sitting area well before closing time. There is NO ambience.

This is not just today, but for months. When I go in for a salted caramel drink, it is hardly ever in stock, I always have to have something else, normally sugar free. Like I said it's not once but almost every day. When they do have stock it goes in one day so clearly is popular. Why don't they order more???? They are still happy to pass on a price increase to have a drink that I don't really want. Bloody terrible. Think my years as a Costa customer will have to come to an end

Used your shops for a while the first time that I tried to reclaim my points on my card it was very embarrassing to be told in front of a large cue of people that my card was invalid and I had to get in touch with Costa by phone , the number is NOT active so had to come on here to try and get an answer the manager in my opinion should have dealt with this himself in the first instance but NO not interested what a very unpleasant experience this was for my wife and self in front of a load of strangers just to add the customer service is a joke I have emailed ,tried to phone, what terrible all round 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️Experience The coffee out let was in Cumbernauld. COSTA YOU NEED TO SORT OUT YOUR SHAMBLES OF A BUSINESS NOW !!!!

Costa coffee express machine in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight is not clean and the coffee is disgusting. The only coffee machine around in the area while waiting for a ferry - I would not recommend.

I take my disabled Mum to the Castleford drive through branch most weeks. The staff are professional and polite and a credit to your organization. Well done

I’ve stopped going to Costa coffee cafes as the service is so slow,
I find there all the same!
To many staff behind the counter and always a queue of people waiting and the staff are like slugs talking more than actually serving,
I’ve never known service so slow!
Very poor!

There were flies on the cakes in the Halifax costs. I told the server who was not bothered so I got a covered muffin. The cakes should be covered as it's unhygienic.

My luke warm Americano with hot milk Is so weak it’s like a milkshake,, I have already changed it once and still poor. Barista obviously needs thorough skills training. I asked and paid for large and I was fobbed off with a medium.
Carrot and walnut cake so dry as if it’s been out overnight!
The Barista is just out for a good time with his colleagues and doesn’t listen to his customers. Poor recruitment of service oriented people for the prices Costa charge!!!!
The staff throwing things around creating such a racket that I can’t wait to get out of the store.
Costa needs to sort itself out, a greedy company offering poor service… Cafe Nero could teach Costa a thing or two!

Love costa coffee in Glasgow silverburn, but I don't understand why when customers are looking for tables you allow people who are not even drinking or eating to sit at tables and do paper work or on their laptops etc

I am a regular at the costa coffee in cook ham. But usually it is very nice the drinks are good but, however, today i asked for a salted caramel frap and it had no bloody salted caramel! not only did I wait a while the drink was plain and lifeless like a dead fish. I usually love this drink and it is one of my favs but I just had to
say this.

I'm a regular customer at Costa Drive Thru at Twyford Evesham, Of late my visits have been disappointing, I have heard there's a new manager, I dont know who it is, but something has seriously gone wrong, wait times, dirty tables, lack of staff, are all issues that seems to be increasing, the whole place appears dirty and the standards are poor, I really looked forward to my bit of peace and a nice coffee but now when it's busy it's a case of is there a clean table before I order, I dont know if this is actually a new manager and full training hasn't been given but it's such a shame, it was an amazing place, now the staff look stressed and although you can see they are doing their best, the look like they need some decent guidance, come on Costa, please get it right, for the sake of your staff and your loyal customers before they start going else where.

Was served by Jessica in the drive through, what I initially wanted was out of stock but she kindly took her time and took me through available options which helped make mind up. A very good service with a smile.

Only take away cups plastic knives and toast on cardboard for inside use as dishwasher is broken

When first open was a welcome addition to our high street now I would not go in there. Also weird cakes ???

Well I cant say much because I was refused entry. Why? Because I'm a teenager. Who has doing nothing wrong. This was in Luton. Fix up costa

Costa coffee Knowle Solihull worse coffee ever taste bland too hot so ask for cold milk and extra shot, it tasted burnt, some of the staff are lovely, but coffee making skills are not, I have worked in 3 Costa over the years so know how to make coffee this is 3rd vist so won't be again

I don't usually buy coffee at Costa because I've only ever had one good cup of Costa coffee and that was at a service station drive through where the barista was an Eastern European girl who gave me an excellent Flat White. I have since bought 2 coffees from the Gloucester branch and have had to throw both away! The Coffee Frappe had virtually no coffee flavour and the Flat White tasted like an overly milky latte with barely any coffee flavour. When I complained the manager proceeded to tell me what a Flat White is! I assured her that I know what a Flat White is and the drink I was served was most certainly not a Flat White. I definitely won't risk ordering coffee again from Costa. I suspect that the staff lack training although imo, even good training wouldn't compensate for the cheap tasteless coffee beans that Costa uses!

In past reviews, my coffee experience has been poor....very poor but in this occasion (Sunday 11th September) I have been overwhelmed and pleasantly surprised. First,vthe store was open (7:50) and the staff could see I was waiting outside and let me in with a pleasant explanation.....wow 👍👍....then they went one step further by tailoring my coffee (large latte, extra shot but with flat white milk) 'what's going on?!' I thought... Maybe ERs death eh 😆. .. I hope this continues because I've been visiting for 3years and has been going down hill ...my recommendation is that you don't buy into the card and bank details though ...👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸😆😆

This Costa coffee is really good when it is open. Often I come and the store is closed with only drive thru option. It’s not the same out of paper cups. It seems to be getting worse the last two times I have been it has closed at 3pm blaming staff shortages. They need to sort it out. It’s the sale store city branch that is with the travel lodge.
