Costacoffee 

Last visited at a city centre branch, barely luke warm coffee, staff appeared a little disorganised at counter. Typical of recent experiences at various Costas, staff don't seem as attentive as they used to be frequently getting orders wrong. Definitely not worth the premium price charged, previously a regular Costa customer at various locations countrywide, always expensive but worth it, not anymore. Small independent coffe shops appear to have the edge on quality, service and price lately.

Staff at Costa Coffee Blackwood are superb. Very friendly service, clean established, very helpful. HIGHLY recommend this Coffee shop in Blackwood.

Costa in Tesco Western Avenue, Cardiff are always lacking in staff and slow. Every week when I shop I go there and every week there are dishes piled up on the majority of tables. Why isn’t there M & S sandwiches etc??? I had a Costa Brie & Cranberry panini which was awful hardly any brie and it was hard so I took it back. There was very little stock of cakes and this was at 1.15pm!! GET MORE STFF, STOCK UP,THE SHELVES AND. LEAR THE TABLES IT IS SHOCKING !!!!!

I got a drink from the drive-thru. I had been at the doctor's and hospital earlier that day. I though that I treat my self. I order an frappe Salted Carmel drink (not know why they had to change the name from frostino and add coffee) I was with my dad as he went with doctors and hospitals with me. My dad is hard of hearing. I said to him an salted Carmel frappe without coffee and biscuit topping. And he said that and the person keep on asking did I want coffee and cream in it. One point my dad says why you have to order such an hard drink. I said it's not just an salted Carmel frappe without two things it's not hard at all. I was tired was I not been sleeping well and the problem I had was to do with my neck. So went my dad says you tell him as we both want to go home at this point. I had to say again to the person again and again and again how I wanted my drink. And they still put coffee in it. I know they put coffee as it was very bitter taste to it and it was an different colour from normal.

Visited Costa Coffee Shipston Road, great location. Very friendly staff, greeted by Manger who was very pleasant and served us to a lovely toblerone Christmas latte. Whole experience first class. Thank you

I am reviewing costa coffee in Tescos in Haslingden. They are FANTASTIC!! Love going in there and always get the best customer service.

Costa in Cobham Surrey was OK until my partner went to use the toilets. Both were disgusting with wet floors in both and paper on the floor. So bad we both refused to use them and went to Gail's down the road to use their loos which were spotless as usual

I wanted to post about the poor service I received at Scunthorpe Retail Park Costa yesterday. I went in with my daughter, son in law & baby granddaughter at just gone 3pm.

We put in our order to be told its take away only, there were other people sat at tables enjoying their coffees so we asked why, to which we got shrug of shoulders from the 2 ladies that were serving and a we don't know you'll have to ask the manager, who was at the back of the store cleaning. The manager kept his head down and did not acknowledge us, and the staff did not offer to get him.

We did order some drinks, 3x frappes, I asked for 1 without coffee.

When we got outside and tasted our drinks the other 2 did not have coffee, so my daughter took them back in, the attitude of the lady serving was very off hand, she made new drinks but when they were done she just banged them down and did not say a word.

The service was disgraceful we had gone in to sit down as I have disabilities and need to sit down and take medication and the baby needed feeding, I would have understood if it was close to closingtime, but there was an hour and half left.

I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!!!!

I find this company untrustworthy, unfriendly and unreliable. I had a bad experience at the Ely Market street Costa Coffee shop last Sat with RUDE staff and BAD coffee served and I wrote to their supposedly dedicated feedback page just to be ignored for a week.
When I actively looked for another way to contact them, their phone number does not get answered and the automated service insists on their useless FAQs and a non-working contact form. The form is very constrained and cannot be used effectively to make a complaint because they make it a requirement that you fit your complaint into one of their pre-determined categories.
Moreover, there is NO direct E-mail to contact the company's customer service! Does it exist?
The company Discourages Complaints, is the impression you see through their online contact form.
The form could not be submitted, it was a waste of time.
I change allegiance immediately: there are plenty of competitors out there, chains with good, legitimate customer service (e.g. Nero) and some independent coffee shops which don't treat customers like a grain of sand in a huge pile.

Visited costa coffee late afternoon today at blackwood highstreet wales. The guy who served to us was very rude and inappropriate comments towards customer,moody and give a he even got a drink wrong , regular customer worst experience ever

Visited your Motherwell store at 6.30pm. Was advised no hot sandwiches or hot rolls as the machine needs to be cleaned and cooled down. The staff were pleasant enough but losing half hour of trade?? Maybe a sign up would help or does it depend who is working as never had an issue before!?

So me and my partner came in to use an offer within the app that grants us with a free hot drink , the lady was very rude and just asked “ which size , medium or large “ without even acknowledging the fact that we were trying to use this QR code as we had never used it before . Despite my partner asking what came with this free drink code , the lady was very persistent and ignored what my partner was asking .We weren’t even asked if we wanted whipped cream or any toppings on the drink , all round it was a very unhappy experience.

Visited today with a friend for coffee and 1 member of staff absolutely excelled in customer service.. Finn deserves recognition for his outstanding friendliness, kindness and overall customer service. His natural ability to approach customers without being intrusive to ask if everything was ok was something I’ve never seen in a coffee shop. I visit this branch regularly (Stirling, Scotland.. Springkerse) and have never witnessed any staff making it a point to make sure their customers were happy with everything and ask if they need anything. I’ve only ever had interaction with staff at the counter serving, all who are very pleasant but Finn, just a young boy, outshone every member of staff I’ve ever spoke with in this branch. I hope his manager and head management of Costa realise what an exceptional member of staff they have. I would make it a point to go to this coffee shop on the days he was working and choose this branch over any others purely because of his exceptional customer service. Fantastic Finn and hope to see you again soon. Employee of the week, month, year in my opinion

Absolutely outstanding service I received from Brittany. Friendly, polite and very helpful. Brittany was very patience and explained there reward system. Other member of staff there polite too. I will definitely be returning to this branch.

Staff rude, shops dirty.when asking for spice for your drink you get NO. Staff ca not even raise a smile to their customers even if you have been polite to them.

One use cups also when sitting in. Really??

Costa coffee at Guildford shopping mall have no working toilets,
The toilets in this establishment have not been working for about three months, discussing stop serving coffee until your toilets are fixed.

I visited the Orchard Centre Costa in Didcot mid-morning on Saturday when the store was extremely busy. 20 people were queuing for service so my heart sank at the prospect of a long wait for 3 take-out flat whites. Amazingly, I was at the head of the queue much faster than expected. The staff were working together as an efficient and synchronised team & they were cheerful and courteous. Very impressive service!
Btw, this is my first ever review and I've never had any friends or family working at a Costa.

Some cakes are not covered over and were covered in fruit files staff were still selling them , infact whole place was full of fruit flies. will not be going there again.

Went to mansfield today with disabled friends not allowed to sit inside as only 1 person serving our legs and backs were killing us we needed to sit & rest & have a drink. She could see we
were on crutches and walking sticks, Lady serving said No! & turned her back on us, We left theyv also lost Money. What a shop we thought. Next costa we went st peters retail mansfield, a young man and lady serving. Both very polite going in and also when leaving. & young man, thank us & wished us a good day. Thats whats needed bless them.
