We make this possible because we trade solely online so we can be extremely competitive with our prices. As collectors we know how expensive the hobby can be, so it is our goal to help customers save as much money when building their own collections. We absolutely love these communities and as a big Pokemon collector with a lot of friends in the hobby, it is always an enjoyable experience when talking/trading. Still not received order
Still not received order after almost two weeks. No response from a chase up email. Had an email to say part of my ordered was being refunded with no explanation. Poor service.

I do apologise, your email found its way into our junk mail, and I was unaware until this morning.
I checked the status of the order and it looks like the parcel might have been lost in transit, so I reshipped the cards we could straight away, and refunded you for the missing card that we no longer had in stock.
Please accept my apology, I should have contacted you sooner but it was a busy day in the store, If we receive another of the same card we will contact you to let you know that it is available again :).

Missing Sleeves
I ordered two packs of the 100 ultra pro sleeves. One of my packs only had 97 sleeves meaning that I could not sleeve my whole deck which made the entire purchase of the pack worthless and the other pack had exactly 100 sleeves with no spares to make up for the three missing ones. However, someone reached out to me and was very helpful, the issue has now been resolved.

Friendly and Helpful
Although they had a stock issue with the Machamp Alt Art pokemon card I wanted. The fast, friendly response to let me know and giving my money back right away was very professional.
They even said they would email me as soon as they get one in stock.
Just based on how nice the email responses were I would use them again.
Hopefully to help finish my master set of Astral Radience!
