I haven't received any update about the order that I had more than a month ago. None of my emails, live chats and phone calls being responded. Do not use your time and money to purchase from the website.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago (july 13). I got an initial email about it but nothing since then.. I've tried calling and emailing, but no response from emails and no responses from voicemails I have left.. Sometimes the website works and allows me to login and my order just shows as 'Unshipped'. Other times the website just gives me an error not letting me log in.

I'm willing to change my star rating if this gets resolved shortly.

UPDATE – July 7, 2026: This issue has been professionally resolved by the customer service team. I have updated my initial 1/5 rating to a 4/5 to reflect their excellent support and cooperation in fixing the issues with my order.

This company sucks. It's been approximately 16 days past my requested refund and no money has been added to my account. Everything about this company sucks. I need my refund, I gave yall enough time.

I ordered a pair of shoes then cancelled the order within less than 3 hours. After waiting to see the charge reversed, I contacted them. They emailed me back stating that a refund would be issued within 3-5 days ... that was May 18th. I have since emailed them twice more to ask where my refund was, they have ghosted me. This company is a major SCAM.

They said my order would be delivered in3-4 days. It's been a week, no order. They did confirm my order via email, then CRICKETS.....nothing. I sent two emails to try to get shipping info...NO RESPONSE to either.

When it came to ordering a product everything went fine. However, when I needed to return the product and get a refund I have had issue after issue. The return QR code disappeared, and I had to request a secondary return method. The customer service said they would issue the refund upon receipt of the product. They emailed me what looked like a legitimate refund confirmation, but no refund has appeared on my card. I have emailed the company, and attempted phone calls several times to get the refund and there is no longer any return communication, and no answer on their customer support line.

I ordered a smart ring on May 2nd.. On May 4th, I received an email saying they are issuing a full refund and it could take up to 10 days to show up on my account. 10 days went by and nothing. So I wrote them again snd said I still hadn't received my refund and I would wait a couple more days, and if still nothing, I would report them to my bank and The Better Business Bureau.. and they ghosted me.. So watch out for this company. I ordered from them because they had mostly good reviews and only 1 bad review.. Now I know better!

This company shorted my order and said a refund would show up for the missing item...haven't heard back after email and phone attempts...seriously doubt this company is legit..BUYER BEWARE!
