Great price with excellent cover. My start date hasn’t begun yet and I hope to not have to use them, but they seem efficient and professional

Took out insurance on 2 vehicles. Decided to cancel within a month after initial set up. Exorbitant cost to insure the 15 yr old vehicles. Lost the 2 deposits and had to pay total of £106 to halt the emails / calls that indicated a default in payments. I felt I was unfairly treated. Be careful what you sign up to - is what I remember from this experience.

I needed to renew my Car Insurance and had shopped around to see what to expect. When the Cornmarket Agent called to discuss their quote, I told her of amendments to my needs and asked if she could accommodate the premium I had hoped for. We discussed every facet and she came back with the figure I had in mind. She was really thorough, helpful, professional and friendly and I feel I have a very good deal. I have been with Cornmarket for years and not had to claim. But I'm confident they are always there should I ever need them.

Great experience with a brilliant adviser. Only downside was getting them to except my no claims discount had to send to them three times

I FOUND THE YOUNG MEN WHO DEALT WITH ME VERY attentive to what I was saying they called me back when they said they would they spoke to me about my requirements they explained everything they were not just trying to get a sale which made me renew . The staff were excellent so well done Cornhill ps I worked in Sales all my life so it is refreshing to find staff really care about the client

No fuss no quibble just fine customer service and no problems

Cancelled my car insurance on Nov 4th, and was told I would have the balance of my policy refunded within 5 days. Nothing happened so, after 14 days, I called and was informed they didn’t have my card details so they would send me a cheque within 15 days. It’s now 5th January, 60 days since my cancellation, and I still haven’t received anything. Pretty rubbish customer service from start to finish
