My first experience with the blood draw was exasperating & believe I sent multiple emails after each unsuccessful draw. The next morning I had a reply from Bob the Founder of Cor. He Directed me to a video to watch but I will say it's not as easy as the video showed .what I have discovered & now had 3 successful tests using only 1 tube each test, is to use the Highest setting on DiabetesLancet with a fresh needle in it on my middle finger. The skin on your forefinger is tougher because most of it type on our phones with it lol. Ibhave Raynauds so it is imperative to warm my hand in a heating pad first & hold my arm to my side. Whatever you do USE the flat white tube holder disc. Don't hold it in your hand you will guarantee bubbles. I stick myself & get a big drop that usually fills halfway squeeze finger downward & watch to make sure it doesn't fill above line. Put cap on turn other end back & stick it in the machine. As soon as you put it in it turns green. Check your email it will say Test started . If the draw was no good you will IMMEDIATELY get another email saying to try again( I know this from first experience). Yes you do wait 30 minutes but then machines flashes green & you also get an email WITH A LINK to access your results. As for Customer Service & Bob he not only replaced all 5 of the first set of tubes I messed up but sent me 5 extra at no cost to me. He has stayed in contact to make sure I was able to get successful test & is even shipping to my daughter's for me while I recover from an upcoming surgery. As for the test results my first was 15, the 41 & last was 25. I knew inflamation was markedly high & MRI showed it in knee but the CRP dr ordered was only mol. So i am very grateful to have found Cor & Bob i hope this helps with those having any issues with the draws.

I recently purchased a COR One and unfortunately experienced a hardware failure with my new device. While that was disappointing, the way COR handled the problem completely changed my impression of the experience.

Bob in customer support responded personally, worked with me to troubleshoot what was happening, identified the hardware failure, and took responsibility for getting it resolved. Once he determined that the device needed to be replaced, there were no hoops to jump through and no excuses. He immediately arranged a replacement, rushed the shipment so I should have it within a couple of days, and even included additional test tubes to replace what I had used while troubleshooting.

What impressed me most was not simply that COR fixed the problem, but the way they fixed it. Bob was responsive, straightforward, apologetic about the inconvenience, and completely solution-oriented. At one point he simply told me, “You deserve excellent service.” And then he backed that up with his actions.

Exceptional customer service sometimes feels like a lost art. A product can occasionally have a problem; what tells me a great deal about a company is how it responds when that happens. COR handled mine extremely well and earned my confidence in the process.

Wanted to love it, but many details make it challenging and time consuming to use and there is ZERO refund if you aren’t happy with the device. Per their policy you are only renting the device and they don’t refund for partial subscriptions. There is no app, everything is through the browser, the test tube requires many pokes of your finger and is difficult to fill, you have no indication if the test is running or the status other than a light on the device, if there is an error you wait the full 30 minutes for the test to process to find out. My first result came back as an error bc of air bubble in the tube, but then received an email from support that they released my results and it was a false positive. At $300 the fact you are renting the device, have to pay to ship it back yourself, receive no partial refund on the subscription, results are false positives, use is inconvenient and very sensitive, and there is no app supporting the user experience save yourself the wasted $300 and learn from me. This company has a longways to go and wish them the best.
Also, the 1200 plus reviews at 5 stars on the website is completely curated marketing as none of these are independent or verified by a third party just as trust pilot. You can’t click on the reviews to see them all because they are curated. The device is also not FDA approved it’s FDA cleared. All important items to point out when evaluating a purchase.

This was a helpful tool for me to track inflammation markers and I used it a lot when I first got it. Unfortunately I no longer have it, when I called to cancel my subscription, customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. I would recommend this product and service to anyone who was looking to keep track of their inflammation!

Having this test to do at home has been great when it comes to monitoring how changes we are making is impacting our inflammation number. The process is easy and you get results in about 30 minutes at home. Way better than going to a lab!

It needs some major development improvements with it ordering platform and customer service. As long as nothing goes wrong with a delivery on tube there’s no problem, but the service has thought things out enough on consumer experience. It doesn’t make error correction easy and accessible for buyers..either for shipping issues or vial error issues.

This system is really helping me track my inflammation levels dealing with multiple auto immune diseases. I receive my test vials every month on time.

Ordering supplies through the website is totally efficient and painless!

Customer support is terrible. I can't find out how to cancel my account. They keep sending products and charging me. I have tried to get a blood sample 11 times. Its impossible to fill the tube.

Bob said he would take care of it and he did

I got an empty envelope without my monthly test tubes. Hoping to get a refund for the month.

The system works well. I do wish I had more reference material to help me lower the number. I do exercise, never eat before noon, and never eat ultra processed foods.

Great service from the founder. Biggest frustration is that info is on 3 different websites which are not linked. Linking app and instructions to main site would be helpful.

I received my order much quicker than I expected. The unit is very simple to use. This is helping me track my inflammation caused by autoimmune disorders. I am hoping it will help my doctor guide me to an effective treatment plan.

2 times out of 5 the sampling process gave an error. I did not get replacement tubes, only credit for future purchases. No info on what went wrong. I feel a bit helpless.

Keeping up with biomarkers is a huge part of my personal wellness protocol, and with COR, I have the ability to see what my body is dealing with in terms of inflammation and how quickly it can overcome. This give valuable insight into my daily plan!

That said, it took a little trial & error to figure out what I was doing and the company held my hand while I figured it all out! Now, I'm totally addicted to the ease and the insight this gives and tell all of my clients, friends, and family!
