I had an outstanding experience with Ashraf and the team at Coreco. Ashraf is extremely knowledgeable and I always felt that I was in the best hands, which I certainly was. The rest of the team, Stacey my case manager and Kieran always been available to resolve any question and to update me along the process which was a nice touch during the long waiting's and uncertain times with my house purchase process. I completely recommend Coreco and will be working with them again when I need to renew my mortgage terms.

The team here were great - with me every step of the way and engaged with all parties involved during the process.

Pauline Grant was fantastic from the start.
Replied to my inquiry quickly and set up phone meeting where she listened to my circumstances and what I felt I needed. She explained clearly what would probably suit me and came back quickly with some suggestions.
I felt that she really wanted what was best for me not what was the most convenient and easiest for her.
She has answered any questions I emailed quickly.

This was my first time buying a property that was not my primary home. I had more questions and change of circumstances along the way. I also was working against some short timeframes. I am grateful that Scott Lambert and Stacey Denham were on top of things. Everything went to plan. I have used Coreco in the past for my primary home and again a positive experience.

I got my mortgage through Coreco, and although there had been some delays in my purchase they helped me to renew my mortgage offer with minimal disruption and offered to change the mortgage deal to a better interest rate several times.

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding support from Mark and Kieran. As the market conditions changed throughout the home-buying process, Mark persisted in finding the best mortgage rate for me, even if it meant submitting multiple applications. I never felt pushed or rushed into decisions, instead Mark patiently explained every step to make sure I make the best choice within my budget. On top of that, Kieran's diligent follow-ups with solicitors kept the process moving and kept me informed of the overall progress. Getting mortgage with this team was the easiest and smoothest part of the whole buying process. So impressed with the service I received from David King and Kieran Tilley ar Coreco when i needed to remortgage my house for the first time in 25 years. The initial consultation with David was really helpful - i was a bit daunted by the prospect of remortgaging, expecting it to be very long winded and time consuming. We quickly established what i was seeking to achieve from the remortgage and ran through some different options. David sent me some alternative proposals which we discussed on a follow up call. He handled all the initial contact with the chosen provider and negotiated a couple of tricky situations, not least when my application was rejected at one stage during the process which was stressful for me but i was quickly reassured by David that it was something that could be resolved. Once the mortgage offer was secured, I was introduced by David to a firm of solicitors in Leeds who provided an equally amazing service to take the remortgage smoothly to completion. At each milestone I received emails from David and Kieran to assure me they were keeping tabs on progress. Initial call to Coreco from me was late September and remortgage was finalised within 2 months. Highly recommended
