‘ looked into having my eyes and lids operated on , and through ‘ What Clinic’ and reviews, i chose Coramed Clinic in Wroclaw Poland.
I paid for the return flight from London, to arrive in Wroclaw on the 9th January 2025. I was picked up by their cab, late at night , due to the flight ,and taken straight away to have a blood test, which they only did after a persuasive conversation on the phone. I was then taken to the pre booked hotel, where i waited for 20 mins before anyone came to the desk and gave me the keys.
The next day before surgery, there was a consultation face to face with the Ukrainian surgeon
sorry i forgot his name, and Dagmara the owner. Together we decided to also do a brow lift , costing a bit more .
I was prepped for surgery and then taken to recovery before being placed in a cab for the hotel.
On returning home , after recovery time approximately 6 months later , I could clearly see that the eyes were not much different from pre surgery. I contacted Anna , a liaison and nurse i believe, from the surgery..who placed at my request, a FaceTime call between myself , Dagamara and an Italian Doctor who all agreed that it needed to be redone.
Being that it takes a-lot to organise, financially and monetary, i booked the return flight to arrive in Wroclaw on the 11th October 2025 returning a week later on the 17th October, so the sutures would be removed in Poland.
Here are the main issues…
One week before i was due out, i still had not heard so contacted Anna, who did not respond.
I then tried all means of contact, emails WhatsApp, and phone calls, to which there was no response whatsoever. I even contacted the Italian Dr , who did respond ,only to say she doesn’t work there anymore. Of course at this stage i was more than anxious!
A few days later I received a voice message from Dagmara, saying sorry etc but something bad has happened and she “promised” all will be sorted today , that was a few days before the flight. No call. Again i tried , nothing , another empty guarantee , then nothing.
The night before i had to make a decision, to go and probably sit around with no surgery in site, or stay home.
Being very stressed and anxious, understandably, i decided to stay home.
When i woke up the next day i found a WhatsApp message from her husband Rafal, stating he is ‘trying’ to sort out surgery etc “due to staff issues”, and “what time are my flights” ?!
I have since sent a few messages, to no avail.
This is so wrong in so many ways , i almost cannot believe this happened.
The snowball affect is big, not just for me but others around.
And the cost of course of everything , flights twice, hotel, surgery, pet sitter, not to mention the anxiety and stress.
Dagmara did say say something bad had happened with her, but this is not a clients fault in any way.

I had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation done at coramed in january. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic despite the fact that I read good reviews and did extensive research before my stay.
regarding the care, during my multiple-day stay, I had to ask many times for things I required after surgery, like pain medication and the post-operative strap my surgeon asked me to wear above my breasts, which coramed did not even have in stock (I had to Amazon Prime one of my own to the clinic). even after returning home, I did not receive any kind of aftercare instructions as I was told I would until I texted multiple times a day for almost a week. I moved communication to my surgeon from then on, who I had to DM on instagram. if I hadn’t advocated for myself or taken my aftercare into my own hands, I’m not sure what this post-operative process would have been like or if I ever would have gotten answers to my questions and concerns, links to the video tutorials I needed to watch, or the names of the ointments I needed to buy.
regarding the clinic itself, it’s operated by a husband and wife who are actually living in the building where the surgeries take place, albeit temporarily (it seems like it had been a few months that they were between houses). there were multiple occasions when their pets—two dogs and multiple cats—were walking around the rooms adjacent to the OR and the patient’s rooms, which I’m positive is not sanitary and is most likely not legal. the husband (rafa) and wife (daga) frequently fought and I heard screaming matches from upstairs many times, including with their teenage children. it made any kind of visit there, even just for a checkup, very stressful.
finally, regarding the communication, it was incredibly sloppy and at one point quite aggressive when my final payment to them was delayed as it was coming from a US bank account. I was asked to run to ATMs all over the city to withdraw cash while recovering from my procedures, a process that took an entire afternoon and multiple bank transaction cancelations.
were it not for daga’s very kind nature—she is a deeply caring person and did not ask me to leave the clinic for multiple days when I was still feeling weak post-surgery, which I’m still very grateful for—I would give this review one star. I truly wish this couple well and don’t think they have any malicious intent, but their operation is disorganized and unprofessional, and their relationship issues bleed over into the atmosphere of the clinic itself. if you choose to come here, just have your surgery, keep in touch with your surgeon directly and make your stay short.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
On the 31st March I paid my £750 deposit for arm and upper back lipo. The proposed date of the surgery was the 26th September however I was informed that this will be confirmed closer to the time due to this being 6 months in advance. I completely understood this an awaited for further information.
Following this conversation, all communication with the clinic was initiated by myself. Not once they reached out themselves to confirm anything. Around May time I asked if we could move the surgery to the 25th September as this worked out better with my flights. In this same email I also provided the dates of my flights and where I will be travelling from (the clinic knew from the beginning that I will be flying in from the UK).
In August I reached out to the clinic again for an itinerary and confirmation of the time of the surgery and who my surgeon will be. Once again the information provided was vague with no proper confirmation. On top of all of this the surgeon named was not one on the list on the website.
On the 9th September I reached out via email to confirm if everything is going ahead and once again to ask for the exact itinerary. I received no response and 2 days later reached out via WhatsApp. I received a voice note response 20 minutes before the clinic closing time from a man stating that Anna has been on holiday and therefore was unable to reply to any emails. He confirmed that everything is going ahead as planned and I will receive all the relevant information tomorrow or at the latest on Monday.
At this point I confirmed my flights and accommodation and settled my payment for these. A whole week went by and I received no further emails or any more information. The day before my flight (22nd September) I reached out to the clinic once again for specific details. I emailed twice, sent 3 WhatsApp messages and called twice. My partner and mum also attempted to call the WhatsApp number and there was no response for all of us. I was starting to panic as I was feeling very uneasy at the lack of organisation or communication ftom the clinic.
I reached out to another WhatsApp number that was on the website under the name Anna. When I typed the number in, this was now Dagmara? I reached out to her and once again there was lack of a response. At 22:30 Polish time, I received the below message from Dagmara - “ Witam serdecznie Pani Mileno,

Mam nadzieję, że uda mi się zrehabilitować:)
Jestem do Pani dyspozycji i oczywiście udzielę wszelkich informacji.

please bear in mind that my flight was the following day at 7 am and I had no information about my surgery. From that moment onwards, I made the decision to not travel to Wrocław for the surgery and consequently losing a total of £300 for accommodation and flights.
At this point, I had no faith in any of the personnel at Coramed to provide me with competent and safe surgery if they were unable to communicate in an appropriate mannner. From that moment onwards I received multiple messages and calls from various people at Coramed. One of these being Rafał Szewczyk asking for a telephone conversation. I politely declined this and continued to ask for my deposit back in a calm and appropriate manner.
The staff attempted to make excuses about staff sickness and therefore being unable to get back to me in a timely manner. However, when I asked for my money back, 4 separate people reached out to me. They had 5 months to provide me with appropriate information and they failed to do so.
I have continued to attempt to contact Coramed politely asking for my deposit back. I was faced with this below message “Pani Mileno, nie całkiem sie z Panią zgadzamy, gdyż większość informacji o które Pani ostatnio pyta została do Pani wcześiej przesłana. Ale aby to wyjasnić, uprzejmie prosze o wskazanie co dokładnie Pai brakowało. Ponadto, ze swojej storny nie przesłała nam Pani detalów lotu, z wyjątkiem infomracji o datach 23.09 przylot, 02.10 wylot. Od p.Rafała uzyskała Pani potwierdzenie, iż wszystko jest aktualne i gotowe do planowanego zabiegu.“ - blaming me for not providing them with enough information… despite all communication being initiated by myself. I will continue to fight for my money back however I’m glad I still have my health at least.
If you value your time, health and money please avoid this place.
I was at this clinic in July 6th and had surgery and I cannot speak highly enough about the surgeon Dr Francesca Riccardi. She is an absolute professional and I am delighted with every aspect of this clinic. When I read previous negative comments about this clinic particularly ones claiming that lots of the positive ones are fake, I’m quite stunned. I spent 2 nights at the clinic and 2 in the recommended hotel behind. The clinic is utterly spotless with very high standards. I was so well looked after here and honestly, everyone was working incredibly hard. Excellent set of nurses- there were at least 5 present in the 4 days that I was there so I really don’t understand comments saying they have no nurses. Bottom line is I’m delighted with my cheek lift, lateral brow lift and lower blepharoplasty. Feel free to email me and I’ll be delighted to give you an honest appraisal. I’d have no hesitation returning there

Do not give these people a deposit it's a scam! I booked to have a breast lift and augmentation here back in July 2025 I had a couple of chats with Anna I think her name was and payed 900 euro deposit to come here September 13th.
The week of the surgery I had zero contact from the clinic, before I left for the airport I contacted someone from the clinic Daga I think, she said that Anna was on holiday and my surgeon had to fly to Italy for surgery, I arrive in Poland and I'm taken to my hotel by taxi, I'm told that I can have breakfast in the morning..but I'm told my surgery is at 2.20pm so I don't eat breakfast.
Daga tells me to be at the clinic which is behind my hotel between 9 and 10am for blood tests. I try texting and calling Daga that morning but get no reply, so we walk to the clinic myself and my partner, the gates are locked and no answer...Daga texts and says go back to the hotel someone will pick me up at 10.30, at 10.15 I get a text to say it will be 11am pick up.
At 11am I am greeted at the hotel by Raphael in a taxi who tells me partner there is no room for him in the taxi as he has another couple in it, so he says I'll walk, (remember the clinic is just behind the hotel) next thing the taxi is driving the opposite direction to the clinic and my partner doesn't know where I'm being taken, neither do I
I start to get scared as there is no communication as to what is going on, the girl in the taxi and I are comparing stories and she's not had any communication all week either, I get out of the taxi go back to the hotel with my partner. Daga rings and asks if I've calmed down can they send a bigger taxi and go get blood tests, I agree.
The taxi is outside an hour later and the couple are in this taxi from the last time, they take us to a hospital and hour away for blood test. At the hospital we both have our bloods taken and afterwards Raphael asks us to wait outside that he had to have a blood test too! We wait 30 mins for him and he thinks it's funny to tell us that 4 nurses couldn't find his veins! ......Why is the guy in charge getting his bloods done on our time it's extremely unprofessional and now I'm really uncomfortable. Were told our surgeon has landed in the country and we can go meet her at the clinic. Upon entering the clinic I see my surgeon sitting inside with her suitcase, but she doesn't make eye contact with any of us, and there is a strange atmosphere in the room between her and Daga, we are told to wait in a room together and sign contracts...they want me to sign a contract when I haven't even had a consultation.
We hear from the room the surgeon and Daga arguing over the fact that they have no nurse in the clinic, so we all go out to confront them as to what is going on, the surgeon says she feels sick but that she will be 100 per cent if she performs surgery, with a sick surgeon and no nurse I had no option but to say I don't feel safe having my surgery here today and I'd like my security deposit back and I'll walk away quietly. The other girl with me decided to do the same. Daga explained that the accountant was closed on Saturday to come back for a refund on Monday morning, we get to the clinic Monday morning to find they are being evicted for not paying rent in a year, I have video evidence of everything I recorded with my phone. There is a lady in the clinic while they are being evicted waiting for surgery to performed that day, she comes out to us and whispers to call the surgeon that I will find her on Instagram. I contact the surgeon Dr.francescs Riccardi and she tells me that she feels unsafe with these people that there was a nurse Anna when she started working here a year ago but she left months ago and now they have no nurse, and guess who the nurse was for the last 3 surgeries and was going to be our nurse that day... Raphael...I couldn't believe it!! The surgeon said they hadn't paid her for the last 3 surgeries and they owed her 17000 euro, she said they were blackmailing her and were scary people to call the police. I called the police and at first they said that it was my fault I cancelled the surgery but the police read the texts from the surgeon where she said it wasn't safe to do surgery that day, so I was told I'd get my deposit in a week.
Last night I got a text from Daga telling me unless I sign an NDA I won't get my deposit back, why is she trying to silence me I wonder?? Do not give these people money, they endanger lives! Raphael is not a nurse but they are trying to save money and using him as a nurse, they aren't paying the surgeon or the rent, I think the positive reviews they have are fake. I would rather lose my deposit than sign an NDA so they can keep doing this to other people. Contact me if you want to see video evidence of everything that happened, they say I'm lying I can prove every word I'm saying

When I got to the airport I was greeted and taken for my bloods.
then taken to my apartment for the night.
Next morning i went to the clinic at 10am.
At the Clinic i was greeted by the lovely staff team, was supported with completing all my paperwork then followed by a thorough consultation by the lovely surgeon.
I had my procedure that day and was treated,cared for and reassured by all of the staff team.
The day after my procedure I was checked over and reassured.
I ended up going back to the clinic every day for several hours having food , endless beverages and even got invited for breakfast and lunch the day before I left.
The Doctor, staff team and everyone involved in the clinic went above and beyond therefore i would definitely recommend this beautiful clinic run by beautiful people.

WARNING: Botched Surgery & Dangerous Surgeons
I had gynecomastia surgery at Coramed Clinic in Poland 1 year ago. What was meant to be a straightforward procedure turned into a nightmare that has left me permanently disfigured.
My primary surgeon was Dr. Andrey Kharkov, assisted by Dr. Marcin Sierociński. Both displayed gross negligence throughout from lack of preparation to poor execution. I’m sharing this to warn others: avoid this clinic and these surgeons at all costs.
CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT DR. ANDREY KHARKOV *little insight before what happened to me that I found out:
Dr. Kharkov is banned from operating in his home country, Ukraine. He was struck off the Ukrainian medical register following multiple serious complaints and was exposed in a national news investigation.
That investigation documented (can be found on Youtube by searching his name):
- Multiple patients suffering catastrophic results, including necrosis, permanent disfigurement, and life-threatening infections
- One patient contracting golden staph requiring emergency skin grafts
- Kharkov admitting on camera: “I know what I should have done, but I’m human, not an angel, and I make mistakes.”
Because of this, Kharkov relocated to Poland to continue operating at Coramed Clinic, outside the jurisdiction of Ukrainian authorities. Coramed willingly hired a surgeon who had been publicly discredited and banned for malpractice. That alone says everything about their standards.
TIMELINE OF MY EXPERIENCE:
1. Surgery Day: I was kept fasting for over 13 hours with zero communication. My operation was pushed to 1am.
2. No Pre-Surgery Consultation: Neither surgeon even knew what procedure I was booked for. No discussion, no planning, just rushed into theatre.
3. Rushed Operation: The entire procedure lasted only 45 minutes, a fraction of the time this surgery should take. It felt like an assembly line, not surgery.
4. Waking Up: I came to with the breathing tube still down my throat. Stitching was poor, scarring was immediately obvious.
5. ftercare? Non-existent. I suffered internal bleeding and massive swelling. The clinic gave me no instructions. I had to drain pooled blood myself.
6. 3 Weeks Later: Deep craters formed in my chest. All glandular tissue had been removed incorrectly, and liposuction had been skipped entirely.
7. 6 Months On: I contacted the clinic and was told to “wait a year” before any revision would even be considered.
8. 1 Year Later (Now): I am left with permanent deformity—deep, uneven craters, hard scar tissue, and psychological damage.
I’ve attached before/after images in other forums for those considering this place. The difference is shocking.
🛑 FINAL WARNING:
Coramed Clinic should not be operating. They hired a disgraced and banned Ukrainian surgeon to perform invasive procedures on unsuspecting patients. They provided no aftercare, no accountability, and no remorse.
I am not the only victim, multiple people have come forward within google reviews and on trustpilot.
This is not about a single mistake. This is about systemic negligence and a complete disregard for patient safety.

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding my experience as a prospective patient at Coramed Clinic in Wrocław in April 2025. I believe the medical and ethical conduct at this clinic breaches professional standards of care and patient safety expected within Poland and the European Union. I have contacted relevant departments but post this review to beg of patients to go elsewhere for your own health and safety. I travelled from the United Kingdom after paying a deposit £750 based on the advice of a clinic administrator who claimed a surgeon had reviewed my photographs and recommended surgery. Upon arrival in Poland, I was shocked to find that The surgeon is not listed on their website - a co- owner claimed' being too busy' to update her website. (Dagmara). The surgeon did not verify her credentials with me but I was told she is Italian and was an excellent surgeon. The consultation was scheduled immediately prior to surgery, leaving no time to consider options or risks properly. Having said that none of the risks were even discussed with me until I brought them up. I was pressured multiple times to undergo surgery that would not alleviate the problem I had visited for, and was advised if I didn't want the more invasive surgery to fix the problem area on my brow to at 'least do the little surgery' they'd taken the deposit for and come back for the bigger one. The surgeon and co owner Dagmara multiple times tried to push me to undergo surgery. I My blood test results had not yet been received, yet preparations for surgery were already underway. The surgeon had not read any of my medical history and the forms I had completed (including my anaemia and history of keloid reaction scarring). The surgeon was surprised when I mentioned these She clearly hadn't even glanced at my medical forms and when I mentioned anaemia she asked Dagmara for my blood report which Dagmara confirmed was not yet back to the clinic. So they were proceeding without adequate medical information and despite the risks of keloid scarring it was minimised by the surgeon as she said it would simply leave a white line. Any medical professional or someone with keloid scarring knows the reaction can be far more severe than this and yet she was pushing me to undergo surgery (along with Dagmara), around my eye area - which I had not travelled for)) The clinic's environment and practices raised concerns about hygiene and patient safety The owner's two DOGS were roaming inside the clinic and reception area = one off lead. I love DOGS but they do not belong in a clinic where invasive surgery is taking place. Also surgical staff already dressed in scrubs for surgery were moving between sterile and non-sterile areas in scrubs as the surgery room is right next to reception on one side and the recovery room on the other side of reception. Ready for surgery in scrubs they were in and out from surgical area to reception, getting coffee and waiting about, touch all sorts of things, exposing the sterile surgical area and therefore the patient to infection risk, let alone that the dogs had been roaming in reception hours earlier! I was pressured to proceed with at least one type of surgery despite contraindications and my repeated refusals. Other patients shared they had completed and had signed all the forms including consultation forms- without having yet received consultation with anaesthetist or surgeon- this seemed to be the clinic's normal practice to just get you to sign all the forms in advance to cover their backs - but to expose you to all the risk. I was intimidated by the clinic co-owner outside the clinic after expressing concerns about dogs in the clinic (via WhatsApp to the administrator). The identity and credentials of the surgeon were unclear, and her profile was not listed on the clinic’s website (name possibly Francesca).
that patients please please do not simply look at positive reviews from patients who got their cosmetic surgery but consider the practices of this clinic, as it is essentially a business to them and their practice methods are beyond reckless - the patient is not the key focus - the monetary gain is. Please find a proper hospital and go there . If you do end up there and change your mind - do not feel pressured to undergo surgery at all - PLEASE. Instead refuse, do not sign their forms unless you've had a proper consultation you understand, take photographs of the forms you sign, and you can back out of surgery. Don't worry about the deposit, put your life and health first, you can always make a claim through the patient ombudsman by reporting your experience to them and also to other relevant departments in Poland. I couldn’t be happier with my experience of undergoing gynecomastia and liposuction surgery. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery recovery, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The medical team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and well-informed at every step.
The results are truly life-changing. I feel much more confident and at ease with my body now. The procedure itself was straightforward, and while I had some discomfort during recovery, it was totally manageable. The improvement in my chest contour has been remarkable, and I feel more comfortable in my own skin even now 6 days post op!!, especially when it comes to wearing fitted clothes.

Botched & Ignored.
Overcharged £310 after paying, they tell you after to choose zolty but my “roomie”was overcharged too.
Surgeon shouted at me before surgery during consultation and had me in tears. I asked for small implants under the muscle and he wanted to put 310cc over the muscle, I didn’t agree.
After being rushed to pay & get prepped for surgery I begged Nickola (co-ordinator) to speak to the surgeons & ensure I wasn’t coming out of surgery with 310cc implants, I expressed I was worried as I didn’t feel good about the way the surgeon treated me. She assured me I would have small implants under the muscle and she would relay this to the surgeons.
I learned the next day from the paperwork I had been given 310cc over the muscle. They didn’t listen.
I’m in constant pain, I was bed ridden for 5 weeks! Given paracetamol for pain relief, my pain was undermined.
I had to txt several times before i would receive a reply, before surgery they reply right away. I expressed I’m unhappy with size and pain the implants causing. I was told to wait 6 months then they could see me for consultation, i have not heard back.
They are aware I’m unhappy, no follow up at 6 month mark to book revision.
As they are over the muscle, The implants are sagging and sit on my ribs therefore I require a bra 24/7. Not what you expect after surgery, they are supposed to be perky.
I seen a surgeon in the UK who i’d seen prior to my surgery. His professional opinion is, I now require surgery I didn’t need before, uplift and smaller implants. This is a bigger and more expensive operation. I will have more scarring and will require nipple repositioning.
The pocket has also been made too big which causes implants to slip under my armpits when I lay down, this is malpractice and could have also been avoided.
I hate the outcome and i’m so disappointed in the clinic. I asked for c cup & came out an F cup.
I’m a gym girl, i asked for small but perky, which was realistic. I’d had multiple consultants before my surgery & all surgeons said no bigger than 275cc, under the muscle for what I wished to achieve.
I wish I didn’t go ahead with the surgery after he made me cry shouting at me. It ruined my confidence which I didn’t lack before surgery.
I would do anything to have my flat chest back.
This clinic is very shady. The staff, immoral. They messed up my surgery and couldn’t care less the pain and suffering they’ve caused. T
I had breast implants at coramed on Thursday (12/09/2024). Overall my experience was very good. We had a taxi driver arranged right from the moment we left the airport and taking me to and from the clinic and to other appointments such as blood tests and breast scan and then back to the airport on a departure day back to UK. The clinic arranged all of this which is very good as it was something I didn’t need to worry about.
The clinic was extremely clean, my surgeon Piotr Gierej was fantastic, explained everything very well going through all the different implants and explaining what would be best to suit my body. I’m so happy with my results!
The staff at coramed were great, especially dagmara (manager of coramed) very supportive throughout.
After op, I was checked on regularly, day and night and given pain relief when requested.
The staff work such long hours ensuring patients are receiving great care!
The price was also so much cheaper than the crazy UK prices.
If I was to ever get any other surgery done I would definitely go back to coramed! Thank you so much!

I had a truly horrible experience with this clinic that has a huge negative impact on my life. I booked keyhole surgery for hernia repair. I was to have my surgery at 6.30pm. I arrived at the clinic 5.30pm and was shown to a room where I waited for 5hrs without anyone coming near me.
Eventually, the surgeon arrived (Dr. Szewcow,). His English was very poor, a few words, maximum. He mentioned a repair method I hadn't heard of, but assumed it was keyhole. After he left, I grew a little concerned, so I asked a nurse to go ask him for details in the hope she would come back and translate for me. Instead, he came back and spoke Polish to me again.
Why i didn't cancel, I will never know. I, of course, should have, but I had travelled far to get there and I literally had minutes to decide.
In the end, they did open surgery. A more painful operation with a much longer recovery. I have spoken to two different consultants since my operation and both have said, considering my age, health and wanting to return to regular life as soon as possible, keyhole was absolutely the way to go and that the surgeon's reasons for doing open were not correct. He was either not capable of keyhole (it's more complicated) or was too lazy.
I wrote to the clinic director, Rafal Szewczyk, explaining my unhappiness and urging him to never let this happen again, that a surgery can be changed moments before it's due to start and that a english speaking representative is there to explain the impact of the change.
A horrible and traumatic experience and they should be ashamed of their actions.
Polish: Mam naprawdę straszne doświadczenia z tą kliniką, które mają ogromny negatywny wpływ na moje życie. Zarezerwowałem operację przez dziurkę od klucza w celu naprawy przepukliny. O 18.30 miałam mieć operację. Przybyłem do kliniki o 17:30 i zaprowadzono mnie do pokoju, w którym czekałem przez 5 godzin, nikt się do mnie nie zbliżał.
W końcu przybył chirurg (dr Szewcow,). Jego angielski był bardzo słaby, maksymalnie kilka słów. Wspomniał o metodzie naprawy, o której nie słyszałem, ale założył, że jest to dziurka od klucza. Kiedy wyszedł, trochę się zaniepokoiłem, więc poprosiłem pielęgniarkę, aby poszła i zapytała go o szczegóły, w nadziei, że wróci i przetłumaczy dla mnie. Zamiast tego wrócił i znów zaczął ze mną rozmawiać po polsku.
Dlaczego nie anulowałem, nigdy się nie dowiem. Oczywiście powinienem był to zrobić, ale przebyłem długą drogę, aby się tam dostać, i dosłownie miałem kilka minut na podjęcie decyzji.
W końcu zrobili operację otwartą. Bardziej bolesna operacja i znacznie dłuższa rekonwalescencja. Od czasu operacji rozmawiałem z dwoma różnymi konsultantami i obaj powiedzieli, że biorąc pod uwagę mój wiek, stan zdrowia i chęć jak najszybszego powrotu do normalnego życia, dziurka od klucza była najlepszym rozwiązaniem i że powody chirurga, dla których zdecydował się na operację otwartą, były nieprawidłowe . Albo nie potrafił dziurki od klucza (to bardziej skomplikowane), albo był zbyt leniwy.
Napisałem do dyrektora kliniki, Rafała Szewczyka, wyjaśniając moje nieszczęście i nalegając, aby nigdy więcej nie dopuścił do takiej sytuacji, że zabieg można zmienić na chwilę przed planowanym rozpoczęciem i że jest na miejscu przedstawiciel mówiący po angielsku, aby wyjaśnić wpływ tej zmiany .
Straszne i traumatyczne przeżycie, powinni się wstydzić za swoje czyny.
After contemplating for about 5 years to go and do something about the bags under my eyes, I reviewed this clinic for a long time. Looking at both good and bad reviews and the clinics responses and researching their surgeons. I can, in all honesty, say I am over the moon with the work they have done to help me not look so stressed and tired anymore. I cannot have wished for a better outcome. I no longer have bags under my eyes and no more saggy jowels. I was treated with care, patience and attention from the moment I decided to go. The clinic is small and personable, with every member of staff being kind and attentive. The clinic is spotless and has everything to hand. I had constant follow up phone calls, texts and visits. I am now back home in Britain and I am still in contact with the clinic as to photos for consultation purposes.
All travel from the airport to my apartment and to blood tests and back to the airport were arranged by the clinic, I cannot fault them in anyway nor praise them enough. If I decide to go back and have something else done, this is definitely the place for me.
A really lovely clinic, fabulous staff and a master surgeon, what more can you ask for, when entrusting your face with someone else, absolutely thrilled with no regrets whatsoever!!!
Just wanted to leave a review of my experience at Coramed. I booked a few months in advance and was given all the information I needed from Anna, she also kindly booked my hotel for me. Communication before I arrived was very good.
When I arrived in Wrocław my driver was waiting for me and took me to all my appointments for the duration of my stay, he was very nice and friendly. The clinic itself was a really nice facility, it was spotlessly clean and had a very calm and tranquil atmosphere, which is just what you need before surgery. All the staff I met were lovely and very caring- the full process was explained to me in detail.
I had an upper blepharoplasty on September the 16th and it has only been 19 days but I am already thrilled with my results, I am confident that as I approach the 6 months mark they will only get better. I had my stitches removed in the UK privately and they said it was some of the neatest stitching that they have ever seen. I’m not planning any more procedures right now but if I do I would definitely return to Coramed.
Wroclaw Clinic - Vein treatments both legs: Flew in late and was met with a taxi and told I was to be driven to a hospital to give blood. There was no warning for this. Arrived after midnight to find unsurprisingly that the hospital was closed. Quite off putting to be driven around suburban Poland in the dark without prior warning Checked in to my hotel after 1am. The next morning my driver didn’t arrive to the hotel to collect me to try the blood test again. He was located 40 minutes later after I’d called the clinic twice. No confidence my safety or wellbeing was being tracked. Greeted well at the clinic. Was asked to shower with a special wash and change into scrubs despite having to be seen in a public reception area. Whilst in the shower the automatic lights cut out so I was in the dark, the bottle with the scrub was empty so not used (nor replaced when I flagged) and there was only a small hand towel/ large flannel to dry with. The bathroom was freezing. Was told before I arrived I’d receive surgery laser and scelettheropy. Surgeon said just laser and surgery which was fine. On the bed under only a local, blue roll was held / tied up in front of my face so I couldn’t see. This kept moving. A promised 50/55 minute procedure took just under 3 hours without communication about this. It was traumatic/ horrific and I was terrified and in pain. My translator was new and looked equally traumatised. As I’d gone in so late (after being left in a cold room post shower and asking for heat twice to be given a robe after an hour) it was very late when I finished. As soon as I stood up my bandaged legs were flooded in blood which I was told was usual. No warning given for this so by now terrified, exhausted and wanting to leave. I wouldn’t have reviewed any of this because the front of house and nursing staff were lovely but im unhappy with the results as is my uk consultant. I’ve tried for weeks to have a conversation with somebody. They will only communicate via WhatsApp. I have paid £1,500 in the uk to finish the procedure as the surgery/ left leg has been left unfinished and the right lasered leg isn’t as bad but isn’t complete either. I assume I took too long and wanted to go home. They won’t return any paperwork I’ve signed, have a normal conversation with me or discuss my procedure or concerns. I’ve also chased the aftercare conversation I was promised but apart from a receptionist checking on me the weekend before I flew home and a “how are you?” text there has been no review nor consultation. I researched the clinic really well prior to going and am disappointed and upset about the results. The only thing that rectified my experience were the admin staff who seemed to know what they were doing. No duty of care to me as a patient has been shown and the clinic have shown no accountability or concern and are just not interested despite me sending my consultant’s appraisal and what he’s had to do. I wouldn’t have said anything about this or other things - like a complete lack of follow up or aftercare (unless you count texts) but I don’t want anybody else to have to pay twice or to be left as I have been. Surgery is very old fashioned anyway but it hasn’t been done properly. My UK consultant even had to cut my stitches to help them dissolve. I’m upset, out of pocket and paying to finish what was started. My only negative aesthetic, surgical or medical tourist experience to date. Choose wisely. "
Not even one star. Surgeon was terrible that performed my surgery the only resolution was to see this surgeon again which i definitely did not want to do as she caused me so much depression since my surgery. I asked to see someone else or my money back and was told no. The results were shocking and have affected me psychologically. Could not advise against this clinic enough please don’t go, there are so many clinics who actually care about there patients this is not one of them.

I have previously written a great review, sadly I have to take that back. I'd saved up for a couple of years over COVID to have a full neck & face lift and upper eye surgery. At first it was all great. My face looked good and smooth. Very shortly afterwards the lines around my mouth have all come back and my neck is has sagged. The eyes are ok. Most people do not know I've had a facelift. People in the beauty industry and other surgeons have said she only gave me a mini facelift, which is clear as day to see. As other reviews have said, shocking they do not want to know at the clinic. I actually cannot believe it as Anna was so lovely but please don't be fooled. I've tried to contact the manager numerous times. Anna is not helping me, but saying she is. They need to give me a full tissue neck and facelift - as I've been told I now need or some money back. I know this won't happen - so please avoid.
An English lady who I met there, was not happy also when she got home with her surgery and they too did not reply to her !
Also mention me to Anna (she may be on leave) or the manager there, I'd be interested to see what they have to say. I may get in contact with the Polish Embassy in London.

My daughter and I went to the Coramed Clinic from North Wales, UK for her to have ottoplasty. Service was great from start to finish. Clinic booked my hotel at a good price and location and also suggest cheap flights for the days we wanted the procedure done. All effortless for us and much appreciated. Clinic is modern and standards are much better than the UK. My daughter had sticky out ears and just turned 16. 3 weeks in and her ears have heeled and are looking great, she's so pleased she had it done. I just wanted to give credit to Mark, our designated taxi driver provided by the Clinic. He gave us so much information on trams to catch, sent info for uber eats plus all other kinds of useful information and pointers on saving money in Poland and what things cost. He's a great guy. I Will definitely be going back to the Coramed Clinic for my own procedure this year. Don't worry about going abroad for surgery, in comparison to the UK, it is soo much better and I wouidnt hesitate to use them again. Thank you Coramed..
