So simple that I was suspicious! Based on your shipment, they get the best prices from standard shippers ( UPS, FedEx, etc. )
You then get tracking through the provider.

Much more reasonable pricing and fast shipping.

They walked us through our shipment to China and everything arrived with no issues.

Shipping was good.. but paid 15$ to get shipping updates every hour and never get it. Make UPS customer acount to check shipping updates! Thanks

Cool Parcel is an excellent choice for door-to-door package delivery. It is very efficient and saves you both time and energy. We were able to track the package daily and the process was very smooth. I highly recommend this to anyone in need of reliable and affordable package delivery.

I went to UPS and they wanted $140... Cool parcel gave me a UPS label for $84.....same package!!!!

The pick up guy never came and I had to drop off my packages AND I paid for a signed delivery and they shoved the fragile boxes in the mail box and dented the boxes. :(

1 week after and my parcels not picked up again. I chose UPS international service and the driver just doesn't show up. Every day i call customer service and they ensure me they will highlight it still no progress. I try to cancel and ask for a refund and its just so difficult so far. Please stay with all costs and go directly to any other website.

I just wished UPS overseas would be as fast and reliable to deliver at the time I have been told in the US when I ship my stuff.

One of my two int’l packages arrived in 2 days as paid for. Perfect!

My 2nd package got held up in customs and still to be delivered soon. Only thing is Cool Parcel should send the link to pay the fees to me instead of a generic message to contact them. I got the link from the receiver. Maybe I needed to select this option?

Also, I selected pick up service but the driver never came, was same morning request snd stormy weather to take in consideration but I was traveling so counted on the service. The packages had to be dropped at UPS instead.

So yes, I am pleased with the service but still have 1 package/condition about to be delivered soon.

I will use the service again and feel it was more affordable and the paperwork was really easy on cool parcel website. This was my first time using cool parcel.

Giving autogenerated e-mail re shipping status during the course of shipping. When I emailed them to ask for clarification the response was slow.

First time user of Coolparcel. Rates were better than USPS on a 4 lbs package for shipping overseas. I chose UPS expedited. No issue. I will use again. Thanks.

A-B service at a better price than other service providers. Only problem was the disconnect between Coolparcel and customs taxes. Not knowing these extra charges in advance can really make for a huge unexpected surprise for the recipient of an international delivery.

Good and fast service. Expensive customs fees and delivery but very efficient.
